  Worst moving company I've ever experienced. ********* a move through multiple calls and they never showed up. Now refusing to refund my deposit.

  I AM LIVID!!!! I paid for yesterday 6/15/23 for my move with MJC. I got cancelled that late morning because they were short of a man. He rescheduled for this morning at 8am. I never heard from them like **** said he would being ***** minutes before the move. I called close to 7:45am only to find out that they guys just left the building. They didn't get to me until after 9am. When the guys got to me one of the guys laid out paperwork like they are so professional (not at all). I see the full price of being over $500! $500!?! I had to move everything out on yesterday so I didn't have a backup because ****, the guy over the phone, made himself so convincing that MJC is 5star. So I had to use MJC service. Never again will I use their service!

  I was moved on 4/26/2023. I called and received several quotesMike the office Manager gave the final quote for 5 hours. There hourly rate is ****** an hour. My stuff was packed in bins. In this move one of my items my son made 30 years ago as a little boy I found outside my house, the handle was broke. I showed this to ****** who said he wanted to take a picture. I asked for this item several times and it was not given tome. The move took 4 hours. The mover called the office and told me he wanted to stop the payment clock. I called the office of MJC movers and talked to **** a manager, I told him my item was missing and I wanted it back. The bill was discussed and I told him I did not use the 5 hrs, and questioned the time, he said there is GPS in the truck, so if these guys sat in the truck for ***** minutes I am charged. I never found out what happened to my deposit did not see it applied and they over charged me. They refunded me 115, cost me almost ***** and still have no answers on my missing item or where my deposit went. I would never recommend these movers. A lot of my stuff broken in same bin that my item fell out of. I assume they DROPPED this bin as they had taped it. If you care about your stuff do not use them and beware they OVERCHARGE. Horrible

  My name is Pastor ************************************ The owner of MJC Movers, **** was unprofessional, I was overcharged ****** from my original quote, this happened at the last minute, the same day, this company was unprofessional, to me and , money hungry even to a Senior citizen, like myself, my furniture was disassembled and thrown into my storage space unprofessionally, my furniture was never reassembled, be aware of slick talking owners at MJC, don't be fooled they're unprofessional and manipulative all for money. read this recent review before you choose to do business with this company, don't be fooled by the positive reviews, this is my experience with this company, stop ?? don't hire this company !!!!

  MJC Movers is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional crew. One member knew nothing about moving. He couldn't do his job since he needed one hand to hold his pants up. They damaged cable power line and broke a tree limb. Never repaired down cable line. Also broke a glass table cover and never replaced it. Had major problems with disconnecting refrigerator, which caused flooding of kitchen floor. Had to pay extra to get the job completed. Still encountering missing items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  I was satisfied with my move. ******** was available the entire time through my move, from giving me an estimate and check-up to see how everything was going on the day f the move and following up after the move was completed. The crew professionally wrapped my furniture and placed things exactly how we wanted. We didn't have to lift a finger, the price was reasonable for the services rendered. I don't plan on moving again, but if I did, I have their phone number saved. I would recommend it to anyone I know who has a move coming up. It was a smooth transition you could hope for.

  This is the WORST Moving company ever! They sent robbers to our house. They stole all our credit cards, apple device, expensive tools and some many other items, even the toilet paper and a new box of plastic bags for garbage and papel towels, they scratched the floors, our brand new ** $4,000+ refrigerator, the walls, they broke some furniture, they were smoking weed and cursing a lot!!!!They are so unprofessional!!! The company suggested us to call the police which we did and didnt help us at all. The company acts like if they would help you to get your items back but they NEVER will. They dont answer the phones or emails anymore. This company is just garbage!!!! DO NOT waste your time and money with them!! They left almost half of a truck at the other house from where we were moving and we ended up paying extra working 7 hours shift to finish the moving that they were supposed to move. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT Hire MJC Movers LLC ever!!!!!!!
