I have purchased Wyze cameras along with a subscription and the cameras don't work the way the subscription promised. Support has been unable to resolve in any meaningful way. None of the suggested troubleshooting has worked. I would like replacements of the cameras that do not work and they have refused that. I have tried to resolve this through phone calls, emails, and chat support, to no avail.Initial Complaint

I bought a Wyze Cam and Floodlight back in November of 2021. It's worked, not as expected, but at a tolerable level, up until late 2023. At that point, the light portion of the product was no longer able to be controlled via the app. I cannot adjust the rules for the light portion. I cannot manually turn the light on or off. I've contacted Wyze's support team for help, but they do not provide any support. I followed requested steps to fix the issue, and was eventually told that I needed a replacement. I was then told by a different support representative that the model was out of warranty and I would not receive a replacement. When asked about how to fix the issue with their product, I was told to be on the lookout for app updates. This was several months ago, and the app still needs to be updated in order to support the light portion of my Wyze Floodlight/Cam product. I still cannot control my front porch light because their app is broken and will not let me do it. Even in the app, it recognizes that I have a Floodlight, but it does not respond at all. When I look at the product details, it then says I don't have a light, just the camera. The product is almost unusable, and the company seems to have no interest in fixing the issue.Initial Complaint

Wyze sells devices and subscriptions. Their devices do not function as advertised or marketed. "Event recordings" are often not available - their app acknowledges the event, and attempts to show recordings, but most often cannot load the video. I have lost many packages on my front door, only to find the event recording unavailable. Wyze and ****** Play charge a subscription fee to access these recordings, but do not deliver the service as paid for. I would like a return/refund of all my Wyze devices, and a refund of any cost incurred for their unrendered services, so that I may replace their non-functioning devices with working security cameras.Initial Complaint

Purchas** new Wyze sprinkler control direct from Wyze on 11/1/2023 Ari ** 11/4/2023 and install was today 11/11/2023 Follow** all instructions. After plugging in the power did not come on. Us** reset per instructions. Still no power. Went to unplug the power adapter to unit and several burn** hand. Husband had to use a towel to remove the power adapter because the adapter was registering over 200 F This is a severe fire risk to homes and personal injury to the user. Call** wise while seeking m**ical attention. They refus** to assist or take the return by phone and said someone would email us. We want a full refund and wish to have Wyze sprinklers controllers and their power adapters to be remov** from the market until they can solve the problem with overheating power adapters causing burning melting and house fires.Initial Complaint

I have contacted Wyze customer support 4 times in the past month. I ordered two outdoor cameras with two floodlights. They were great for a few months. Then the app asked me to update the firmware. The minute I did they stopped working and would not connect to the internet. I contacted the company to get the problem fixed. The first time I was on the phone for over and an hour and she kept saying it was my internet despite telling her many times the app said my connection was good. She said she was escalated it and I never heard from a support. After two online chats they escalated it again and then when support emailed me days later the email wasnt even for the same device I spoke to them about. They offer no actual resolutions and only keep telling me my internet is at fault.Initial Complaint

These mother ******* have been double charging me for the past 3 years. I have sent multiple requests to ask them to figure out what is going on. They reply with what seems to be automated responses. F*** Wyze. They are a scam and horrible company. They owe me $27 million. They lie, they cheat, they steal. I wouldn't ever trust them. I did a complaint through PayPal and PayPal came back saying that Wyze said it was all justified. I now had to cancel my bank account because or this. Wyze just keeps charging me and charging me regardless of me contacting them for Years to stop double charging. This is corporate America scam artists at their best. Stay away from these f*** faces. They will bend you over and f*** you like they did to me. Don't worry though I'll f*** them b****** in the end. If I don't receive $27 million into my account in the next 30 days I will not only walk in and take over their f****** head quarters with a lean on their business because they owe me a debt, I will *** them for 2.5 billion. **** on that s*** Wyze. You sick sick f****** pieces of s*** You are why people hate corporate America. If my account isn't refunded 27 million your going ldown. Legally that is. And it's not only because they double charging it is because you are racist against my family since we are Hispanic and I have a l****** sister. Wyze provides cam plus subscription which allows user to store camera video recordings on cloud. I wanted to cancel this subscription. When I click cancel subscription link on their accounts page, it always take me to no page found page. When I wrote to their support email, it replied as not monitored email. I am not able to cancel my subscription anyway now and auto renew is coming up soon (end of Nov). I request Wyze to repair their subscription cancellation page as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I subscribed for their 'cam plus' service and it has never worked. I looked for a resolution through their app, and you can't get any help other than an ai bot response that doesn't help. I just want my camera to work, or to get my money back. The process to make this happen is unbelievable
