    I purchased the Wyze Cam **** annual subscription on June 19, 2024, for the one camera in front of our house. The subscription worked fine until the week of November 2024. Recently, Wyze sent out an update for the camera which I executed. Once the update was completed, I could not access my subscription which allows video recording, and other options included in the subscription. I called Wyze to correct this. I was on hold for 20 minutes but no one answered. I was offered to chat live which I accepted. After explaining my issue, I was told that subscriptions that are purchased via the Wyze App through ****** Play/App Store, that these kinds of licenses are not managed by ********************, therefore they could not assist me in restoring my service. I also emailed the support person a copy of my receipt/proof of payment, but it did not matter. He refused to restore my service even though I had paid for a year's service. Based on this customer service experience, I would not recommend buying the services or the cameras from Wyze. I would recommend their competitors for a better experience (their products and subscriptions) to family and friends.

    I would strongly recommend you don't buy Wyze cameras. My wife signed up for 2 cameras on their app a year ago. I believe it was $19 per camera. They recently sent her an autorenewal notice to our credit card for $99 and we still only have 2 cameras. Within less than a week we asked to cancel the service. They responded back by email that my wife had agreed to an autorenewal when she signed up on the app, and that we were stuck with it for 1 more year and we would not be credited. This is a very deceptive practice and should be outlawed. Customers should be advised in advance that there will be an autorenewal. Also, their website does not have a phone number you can call. They hide behind emails to avoid having to talk to you.

    Wyze updated firmware on the outdoor camera to stop recording video without an additional monthly fee. Camera is supposed to record video for up to 12 seconds without the fee. They still advertise to record. Don't purchase product!

    Bought the watch it broke in two eeeks called them they only offered me a gift card for less then the value of the each .. pretty sure this is illegal they should be fined

    I would give 0 stars if possible for their service.The cameras themselves seem to work well.At first, WYZE was pretty good. Affordable cameras and services. But they started asking for more.They started sending a "Sprinkler kit" or something, which I never ordered. I responded to the email saying my "order would ship soon" said I didn't order it and cancelled it. This continued to happen every month. I was finally able to get through their incredibly useless phone tree to speak with actual person. I was told I had "opted in" for this service. I asked it to be cancelled. Also, I cancelled my cloud subscription but this kept coming back as well. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. And again, I have a new charge from WYZE. I don't know if they have computer glitches or they are clever hacks looking to fleece the unwary.If you want to save everything to the cloud then go ahead and do so.But you have been warned.

    The products, depending on what you get or OK, stay away from the V3 camera that is associated with flood lights. The customer service is so bad and getting any kind of responsiveness to a problem is disgraceful I would not do business with this company ever again, *****.
