    I love what the company originally stood for but now I think they got way in over their heads. I ordered a 6 pack of beer because I loved the cans of ***** standing up to fight! That was back on September 2024. It is now July 2025 and I have not received my order (11 months). I have emailed the company several times inquiring the status of my order and no response. Ive heard the beer taste terrible. Which I was actually ok with because I only wanted the cans. However, the price of a 6 pack is NOT worth it! WASTE OF MONEY & TERRIBLE SERVICE!

    I couldn't have asked for a better-possible customer experience, than this past week's communication with Ultra Right Beer. Working at a company in which our own products are completely built-to-order, I reached out to check my Ulttra Right order status after a week, and hoped to receive a reply sometime in the next few days. What I did not expect- was the prompt next-day response and learning that my order would arrive on the next business day. Which it did. In this case, the Outstanding Customer Experience did not end there. I believe that in an effort to manually verify the expected ship status- that the process led to an unintentional (unbilled) duplicate order. I reported the possible duplicate order- and Ultra Right's response / resolution was again prompt, professional and significantly exceeded my expectations. The purchased items were gifts for others. While I received the gift of legendary customer service- in return. Kudos to *********************************************.

    Ordered a 6pack of beer Nov 7 2024. Contacted a few times, still no beer, still no refund. Now you can't even contact them. Big ol scammer. Don't buy anything from this garbage dealer.

    I ordered 2 six packs of this beer last year in September 2024 and have never received. They did respond to my first email in December and said I would receive the order soon but they will no longer respond to emails and I have not received my order.

    Ordered a case of beer in November as a gift for my financial advisor. Order was never delivered. Contacts with emails ended in February where I was promised additional products for the delay. Additional emails into April and no response. Yet I see continuing advertising of products. Their phone number has a voicemail box that is full and no emails being responded too. Id be weary of trusting your money with this company.

    I order multiple 6 packs of beer in Aug no deliveries can't get a reply by email or phone.

    I placed an order on 11/6 and never got it. Initially they were responding to emails promising delivery with a delay. They have stopped responding to emails, their voicemail box is full, they have not responded to messages left via their web page. Order wasnt received and I havent gotten a refund. Their website is boasting of shipping within 7 days but they havent filled orders from six months ago.

    I ordered and paid for a 6 pack of the ***** fight beer about 7 months ago and still havent received it. I sent them an email in January and they replied saying it was about ************************************ May and I never got it and now they wont answer my emails. I paid the company 40 dollars or so and they took the money but sent me nothing.

    I ordered 3 six packs on Nov 2024 and never received. I contacted multiple times via email. No response. This was a scam and after reading many people are having the same issue, I think we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit.

    I ordered a calendar from them on 1/22/25. I have still not received it. I did get a response from my first email asking for an update - it was on 2/5/25. - see below. Hi there,We are anticipating these shipping out within the next two weeks.Thank you,--Conservative Dad ULTRA RIGHT BEER I have continued to follow up and have reached out 5 additional times - and have not received any response. I would like an immediate refund. I would never order anything again or associate with this company.
