On September 15, 2024 I ordered a 6 pack of Ultralight Right Beers Fight Fight Fight for $29.48. Order #******. Today is July 6, 2025 and I still have not received the beer. I have contacted the company multiple times regarding this order and even have asked for a refund and I do not get a response. I feel ripped off! I did receive a text telling me orders will finally be delivered by the end of June just in time to have the beer for 4th of July. Still no beer!! Lies Lies Lies!! I emailed them a couple times and received replies at the beginning then I stopped receiving replies. I placed an order on November 8th when my credit card was immediately charged. After hearing nothing for 2 months I sent them an email and was told the order would be shipped out in the following 3/4 weeks. That was around late January. Once I heard nothing and received nothing by mid March I began reaching out via phone and email weekly. The phone number goes straight to voicemail which is full always. On or about 2-8-2025 I ordered a few cases of their beer. I was notified that it would take 60 days to fulfill my order. I have asked for refunds or to have my order delivered. No response from the company. I have called with no one to pick. I have left several email to rectify my problem with again no response. Only thing they did ship to me was a Tshirt. On 9-14-2024 I placed two orders for one six pack of the Fight beer on each order that I have yet to get. The first order was ******, for $31.52. The second order was for $29.03. On 3-3-2025 I contacted them by email inquiring about the orders Finally got a reply after going through their ******** page on 3-9 and was told they would look into it and get back to me. On 3-12 I was told that the next batch was almost ready and that IO would be contacted within a week for updated shipping estimate. Never heard anything afterwards. I requested updates on 4-27-25 and 5-22-25 and still nothing. Calling is useless. Never answer and mailbox is full.Business Response
