    Hello -Original purchase done on 12/18/2024 for $127.81 which includes $21.65 for shipping.-I returned women clergy tab shirts. Mercy Robes stated they did not offer refunds (the shirts were not worn & I mailed them there shirts the next day).-A Mercy Robes store credit was issued for $53.08.-I tried to make a purchase on Friday, April 4th, 2025 for $43.53. Mercy Robes website, my online profile would not let me make the purchase without me entering my credit/debit carrd information.-I tried again on Sunday evening, April 6th, 2025 but the system would not move forward without my debit/credit card information.-I contacted Mercy Robes by website which ONLY provides an option to send a message.-The business (******) have not provided a reasonable explanation or resolution. I received a text message from the company on 04/07/2025 at 4:48 p.m. CST stating, "we will call you tomorrow".-Today, I got a email with instructions on how to long in & steps on placing order.-I reached back out with a screen shot of there website not letting me complete the purchase without putting in my credit/debit card number.-****** responded, I did not have enough credit to make the purchase and would need to add my credit/debit card information to do purchase.-At this point I want my money $53.08, again ****** responed (5:38 p.m. CST) they will call me tomorrow.-I have attached a copy of email correspondence.Thank you, I appreciate your assistance with this matter. I do not feel comfortable providing my credit/debit card number again to Mercy Robes. I will NOT purchase anything else from Mercy Robes.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. The business placed order for clergy shirt for me. Mercy Robes now shows I have a store credit of $10.14.

    I thank the Better Business Bureau for there immediate assistance. This complaint can be closed.
