    I requested an item be delivered priority mail and wasted money for an item that did not..I called and received excuses. Also I order an item last year and the item broke with two wears.

    Bad business model, use to order from them all the time. Recently ordered a suit which was indicated one size but when it arrived it was two sizes too small, but the size indicated what I ordered. Now, all I can get is a store credit that I more than likely will not use. Buyer beware.

    I have been with Mercy Robes, since 2016. I have had a great experience with them. Pretty much. All of my stuff that I order is custom made. And when I have had any problems it was taken care of. I did have a problem with a white robe. But, I think it was basically the material. And that was during the time when COVID-19 was going on. And did it ever get replaced? No. But, I made/make it work. And the **************** is always nice to me. My account is flagged. So when I do order. Mr ****** stops it and sends it to be specially made. Because, I have long arms and legs. God, through the Holy Spirit. Lead me to the Mercy Robes sight. And I'm not leaving Mercy Robes no time soon. I like being different in my robes. And I like quality. And I find it there. Great people. Remember. Things are not always going to be perfect in these type of situations. Dealing with clothing. I waited four months or so for items. That made me miss ********* ****** Anniversary etc. Mr. ***** made good on it. I'm glad I was patients with it. Because, they turned out BEAUTIFULLY. All of my clothing I have gotten from Mercy Robes. Is Very Beautiful. I'm always getting compliments. Asking where do I get my robes. All of my accessories. Everything that deals with clergy that I use. Comes from Mercy Robes. Everything is not about a complaint. Just have patients. And let the ***** work it out. The **** LOVES PATIENTS....... Apostle Prophetess **************************.

    Hello,Sorry for the inconvience, Your RMA has been approved. We have a new RMA system .We thought RMA will get approved automatically . Looks like the New Rma system we have to manually approve. It was a oversight. Sorry .Regards MERCY ROBES
