    If I could give no stars I would. Like many of the other reviews this place has horrible business practices and no customer service. I ordered from them years ago and had a horrible experience but their rebranding made me think they were a different company. I ordered three shirts received two really poorly made shirts after 4 weeks and a note stating they were crediting my account for third shirt that was not sent. I sent an email asking for a refund and not a credit and have not heard anything yet. The whole company is a scam.

    Ordered from them several times in past years with no issue. This most recent order is reason not to trust them again. Print quality was horrible. The image looked manipulated and faded. No signature barcode. Ordered Dec 2, 2024. Received Dec 30, 2024. Looks like their good run is over.

    Ive ordered from them several times in the past (before the name change). I placed my order on 10-18-24 and have reached out several times via email and even called on the phone. No response. No merchandise. I want my money back at this point and can keep the **** sweatshirt!

    This company is terrible now! I ordered from them years ago and loved them. Fast forward to last ***** never received my order and had to dispute. I thought perhaps it was a one time thing or issue with the mail, but I dont believe it was now!! I placed a new order on 1/28/2024 and still no update or correspondence.

    I placed an order RF #***** on 10/10/2023.Due to the volume of orders in our system your payment will be processed within 2-3 business days.Based on that timeframe your order is scheduled to ship within **** business days. Timeframe does not include holidays or weekends when post offices are closed.If you do not receive your shipment confirmation after 2 weeks, we recommend you contact us at Customer Care.I placed another order RF #***** on 11/02/2023.I sent an email 11-2-23 to follow up on the 1st order due to me not receiving in **** business days. I did not receive response. On 11-8-23 I called there at 1:31pm. A gentleman answered and he pulled up & verified both orders and stated I will receive a update on Friday 11-10-23. On 11-10-23 no response was received. On 11-15-23 I called 4 times 9:35am, 11:48am, 11:49am & 3:45pm to check again on my orders and each call was connected to a voice recording and there was no option to leave a message.I emailed 11-25-23 I still have not received any response. At this point I want nothing to do with this company the service is horrible. I want my money back. In a couple of emails I have asked how do we go about getting me a refund and no response. They have taken my money and not have provided any products. order#*****=$87.50 order#*****=$21.50. I want them to refund me and take me off their mailing list. They have lost this Custome!

    Order placed on 4-2223 Multiple emails sent and calls made. They send an email every time saying the order is headed to the post office and never gets taken there. They say they will send free items for the trouble and of course I still have nothing. Over $100 loss and they are still in business. Its a mammoth scam!

    I would give them a negative 5 stars if I coudl! I placed an order in February and received one of the two items. I've emailed several times and have not gotten a response. I've called every week and only got ****** on the phone once. They took my info and said they were going to send my shirt - that was in May! This was my last order from them. I have the email from them stating only one of my items was sent and received, records of when I called and the history from my sent email. Refreshed can't say this is inaccurate!

    I placed the following order #RF #***** on Apr 17, 2023. Today is May 9, 2023 and I have yet to receive any type of update on my order. Their website states if you havent received your order in 3 weeks notify customer care. Ive sent a couple emails no response, called the phone number the voicemail is full. Ill never purchase anything from this company again. I just want to be refunded.

    I placed an order on March 29th, the website says to give 7 to 10 business days and it is now May 3rd. I understand issues but the problem is there has been no communication from the company regarding my order. I have sent a few emails, reached out on the chat feature on their website and attempted to call but he voice mail is full. When delays occur this company needs to be more diligent about updating their customers for items that they have paid for. (RF #*****)
