    On November 30, 2024, I placed an order for two shirts as Christmas gifts. Approaching the holiday, a lack of shipping updates prompted me to check the company website, where I found a notice indicating significant order delays of one to two weeks. While I understand that businesses may face operational challenges during peak seasons, my order, marked "shipped" on December 17, 2024, did not arrive until January 18, 2025, and was incomplete. The accompanying note indicated that one shirt was back-ordered with a promised follow-up shipping notification. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company via chat and email, I received no updates or responses. Furthermore, the company website is now offline, leaving me without any means of contact. As of nearly April, I request either the outstanding shirt or a full refund.

    I placed an order with this company. It took them over a month to send anything and then they sent the wrong item. Will not respond to any message nor will they answer the phone.

    Order RF #***** placed on 08/03/2024 First I didnt get my order until October, then it was missing one item. I have tried numerous times to reach them via social media, phone and email. Their voicemail is full so they are not checking messages.They have never responded. I ordered 3 shirts and only received 2 of them. I want a refund of the shirt and shipping due to their lack of professional customer service.

    I ordered a sweatshirt on 9/3/24 RF #***** and I have not received any other information from them since. My emails have gone unanswered and I have yet to receive my shirt or even a tracking number. I am highly disappointed since I have ordered from them numerous times and have never had an issue. If they are having difficulties with staff or supply then they need to do better with their communication with customers. If someone would answer my messages as to what is going on I would appreciate it. If not just please give me a refund since I paid almost $100 for a sweatshirt I never received.

    I never got the order. They stopped responding to emails. This was for my daughter's birthday!

    On January 1, 2024 I pre-ordered a **** ****** "Missing You" sweatshirt for $105. Order RF #*****. On February 29, 2024, I received an email saying that there was going to be a significant delay with fulfillment and that shipping would expedited for the item within 7-10 days. I was also told that for a complimentary item would be provided. On March 24, 2024 I let Refreshed Collection know that I had received the complimentary item but still did not receive the **** ****** sweatshirt. I did not get a response. I emailed again on May 14 as well as September 19. In addition to that, I messaged their Instagram on June 20 and on July 3 was told to look for **** Tracking within 3-5 business days. On July 16 I messaged as I had not received the item. I was told they would look into it. I messaged again on July 19 and asked for a refund. I have heard nothing via Instagram or email since .

    This order was made in June and received at the beginning of July, so I have been dealing with this issue since July and I still have not received the replacement item or the requested items in the order, (which is attached with this complaint). At first, they replied to my emails then they started to go unanswered, and they are still unanswered. Tried calling but the voicemail is full so could not leave a message after no one would answer the phone. I have been very, very patient but now it feels like they are ignoring me and not giving me the other item I have already paid for. All I want is what I paid for, and I will never do business with them again. Below is the email I sent numerous times. I only received 1 of the 2 shirts I ordered from order #*****. Never received mt 3X *** **** was supposed to come later now its 3 months later and still nothing. My emails now are not being answered I need my other shirt please. Told them in email they could send me a 3X KING tee if *** was not available and I am still not getting results. I have given plenty of time for this issue to be resolved and still nothing. ***** *.This is the last email I sent that has still gone unanswered. The shirt I did not receive was $48

    I placed an order on September 8, 2024 and as others have advised, the business advises that your items will be shipped within 7-10 business days, with 1-2 weeks for international shipping. I contacted them last Thursday for an order update via email and also via their account on IG. No response. I wouldnt even be that upset if they at least offered communication RE issues/estimated shipping times, but they cant even manage that. This is an amateur hour business that doesnt deserve yours. Stay away from them and support other small deserving businesses.

    I placed order RF #***** on 01/14/****. The confirmation email indicates the following information Due to the volume of orders in our system your payment will be processed within 2-3 business days. Based on that timeframe your order is scheduled to ship within **** business days. Timeframe does not include holidays or weekends when post offices are closed. If you do not receive your shipment confirmation after 2 weeks, we recommend you contact us at Customer Care.I sent an email on January 31, **** to follow up on the 1st order due to me not receiving in within **** business days. I did not receive response. On February 1, **** I called multiple times and each call was connected to a voice recording and there was no option to leave a message. I sent a second email on February 4, **** I still have not received any response.I am looking for the order to be shipped immediately.
