    My son was enrolled here for about 16 months. In November 2023 he was involved in an incident on the campus that resulted in a severe head injury. The daycare staff cleaned him, changed his ****** clothes, then never contacted me or his father, never brought it to our attention upon pickup, and never reported the incident to the state department of early childcare education as required. I took my son to the hospital as soon as I discovered the injury, I was advised that it was incorrectly handled earlier in the day. When I brought this to the attention of the daycare they refused to admit their fault even after reviewing the camera footage from the incident and stating that it did happen on their property under their care. They then offered to pay any remaining hospital balance from the subsequent visit. After months of avoidance I left a ****** review detailing this account, to which their response accused me (for the first time) of having unpaid fees and tuitions and stated it should be sufficient to cover any hospital bill. Not only was I never notified of any financial discrepancies, but they chose to defame my character publicly with false allegations - completely ignoring my concern as a parent for their ability to follow their own facility policies but also the state.

    Many of the statements provided above are false. State did visit the school based on *****'s complaint and did NOT find any fault on the school's part. ***** was invited to discuss the concern's with the school's owner but she failed to respond. Her complaints and reviews from her family and friends has escalated to the point of harassment.
