    I recently purchased a Hisense tv, and it seemingly worked well after unboxing and set up, however the light in the screen has now malfunctioned. I can faintly see the Hisense logo on the screen, and it flashes in and out. I expected a high quality product with a lifespan of at least **** years, especially after shelling out hundreds of dollars on this brand. I own an older Hisense model that has lasted longer than this new one that Im already having issues with- which makes me question the integrity of the company and the quality of products youve recently manufactured. Please reasonably resolve this poor experience. Thank you for your time.

    Hisense USA sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused. The customers case was escalated to the relevant department for a member from the technical support department to contact the customer and provide troubleshooting steps where necessary and further information on the matter at hand.

    Hisense USA sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused. The manufacturer warranty for the customers unit is a one year period.Based on the date of purchase being in 2019, the unit would now be deemed out of the manufacturer warranty. Hisense USA would recommend that the customer contact a local servicer or the place of purchase if an extended protection plan was purchased.
