    0 Stars people. The warranty looks for ways out of fixing your appliance. I bought two refrigerators, a left and a right unit. One of the units won't stop running and my electric consumption is through the roof. Hisense denies the claim because the hot air from the one unit is going into the next unit causing it to run all the time. Meanwhile there is 4 inches of room around all sides and three feet of space above. They don't even send refrigeration experts, just odd ball techs. All they are good at is insulting your intelligence and rejecting your claim. Take my advise, if you need dependability and accountability, you will get it from Hisense. I can upload all the claim responses if needed.

    I brought a TV from Hisense at my local ******* about three months ago. It is now July *******, the original TV lost connection to Internet and the screen was going black. They sent a repair man 2 times and then replaced the TV. It took about 5 days to get it. However, the new TV does the same thing but a little different. Once you start watching ******* apps on the TV itself it will only play about 40mins to 1 hour before the TV goes black with no sound. I have talk to Hisense several times and now they want me to destroy a TV I am making payments on. So they can send me a check in the mail for just the TV and leave me with finance charges. All I want is full refund that will cover everything 100%. I simply refuse to destroy something and have to wait up to 1-2months for a check while I still make payments on this TV.

    My brand new TV only lasted a year and now has a backlight defect that both best buy and Hisense have deemed irreparable. The warranty process to obtain a replacement or refund is so incredibly painful as a customer. I've gone 4 days and counting without a working TV even though I started the process 3 weeks ago. I have had to call 5 times to initiate the next step of the process. I will never buy another Hisense for fear of having these issues again.

    The worst tv and customer service I ever had. Would not recommend this TV or company to anyone the TV lasted under a year they promised they would fix it or replace it and didnt either. This has been going on for over a month.

    I paid extra for warranty for tv , only few mo. old and doesn't work i get run around from company. Tell me they'll send someone but no further information is given. 4 days calling 3-4 day. Lie to me tell me same thing but nothing happened no info given on service contract. Tv doesn't work there job to fix.soooo upset

    I purchased an AC portable unit after 2 days, this started leaking. Damaged carpet and causing safety issue around my children and they offered me a replacement? Why would I trust Hisense equipment again after that? I requested a return Authorization because Lowes refused to take it back because I was barely after the 48 hour window. So I was told I had to work with Hisense. So Hisense leaves me a voicemail stating that we are going to exchange it and customer service tells me that they dont do return authorization on portable ac units, so its totally designed to scam you. Oh by the way good luck getting a supervisor you get told constantly there not available or in a meeting.

    Worse company ever I have purchased from. Less than a year old. Cant get them to come and repair. Have asked for purchase receipt four times. Each time I send it, they thank me for sending it. Then a few days later ask for it again. Buy anything except Hisense. They should change their name to "Nonsense".

    Easy to buy! If service is ever needed then its chasing your tail. I purchased a Window ac and needed warranty work. All I got was idiots on the phone and email having me go round and round. Never buy anything from these communists owned company.

    I don't have words to explain how disappointing customer service ******************** Corp has. The worst of the worst service you can expect. Now I fully understand why it is still worthy to buy an expensive brand like ******* and ** vs. buying it from cheap and low quality brands like Hisense. Here is the story. I bought Hisense - 85" Class QD7 Series QLED 4K ******************* (2024) from Bestbuy in Nov, 2024 (nearly 7 months ago). For the last two months, the software of TV has become super slow where some of important apps like ******* stopped loading. I tried everything like reinstall app even cleared memory/cache and finally did factory reset but nothing worked. Also recently like 3 weeks ago small lines started to appear on screen. Please note, my tv has been standing on tv table since we purchased and no jerks/damages/electric shocks ever happened. When I contacted Hisense USA Corporation (customer service) they immediately declined service claiming the tv has a physcial damage even though I showed them photos there's no damage or even a single scratch. As per them, it's an internal damage and assuming this happened due to our negligence. They are also not even willing to address why the software is slow and why some apps are not loading. Based on this experience I am going to reach out consumer court and I will also highly recommend to anyone to refrain from buying cheap and low quality brands like Hisense. Go for big names like *******, you will pay more in beginning but at least you will have a peace of mind that your purchase will last long and not like Hisense tv that did not even last few months. Shame on you Hisense - I am honestly more disappointed on how you handled this case and how your customer service responde.d I will never buy you guys again.

    I had a TV for 5 months and the screen started messing up. They rejected my claim by looking at pictures. They claimed even though there is no visible crack that they can tell I mustve cracked an inner screen and that they do not cover that.
