    I bought one of their televisions back in May it stopped working and they sent a technician out, he said that it was in repairable. A week later I get a call from customer service asking for my receipt saying I would get a full refund because they didnt have the ** in stock, then I get I got a call saying I would only get the money for the ** minus the taxes etc. Because I did not have my receipt. I was told on that initial phone call I would not need my receipt they asked for a picture of the ** including the back with the serial number and I provided that. Having been a long time customer of this company I will no longer do any kind of business with them because they tell you one thing, dont stand behind their product, dont issue correct refunds or exchanges for what you pay for the product And if they dont have something in stock they refuse to send you anything else. **************** is rude, so I will take business elsewhere or I will do without a ** before I ever purchase anything from them again.

    I bought a 50 inch Hisense TV that ****** less than 9 months. I've followed all of Hisense demands for them to fulfill their warranty only to be blocked at every point. Sending proof of purchase, pics, etc by email is met by, their inbox is loaded try tomorrow... Hisense ***** and do not fulfill their warranty.

    They have ZERO customer service. If you ask for anything, you have to jump through hoops and then never get resolution. Worst company ever for such overpriced products.

    Zero stars actually. Product purchased: Portable air conditioner, Model AP0522CR1W Date of purchase: June 24, 2022 Place of purchase: ****** Supposed to have a two-year warranty, but one month in, they've not helped me. This portable air conditioner does not cool a 9' x 14' room. I've done the recommended troubleshooting, including "hard resets." This unit is properly installed, and it runs. But it does not cool.I contacted customer service via email twice; they responded to the second email, with an incident number, and instructed me to call a number. I called this number several times, going through the automated system, then waiting on hold for customer serviceevery single time, after waiting on hold, I was disconnected. I emailed again. I received no response.I have given up. I will pursue a full refund. And I'll never purchase another Hisense product.
