    Why are you still taking $4 twice per month after I requested to cancel via online and email?! I cancelled my policy about a year ago and there were several times my bank also charged me $29 for overdraft fees, which is $29 x 2= $58! This is totally ridiculous!!! I would like to request an entire audit of both accounts and request a refund for $8 per month charged, plus any overdraft fees my bank charged as well. If you're ok with this, I will obtain copies from my bank when there was an overdraft fee and get this signed by the branch manager.

    This company is a joke my mother was paying on her insurance but it was not what she wanted so we called them and they said that they would call back and never heard back so they sent her a check for what she paid because they said they could not do the policy they way she wanted she got a $15,000 policy and they told her that if she passed by natural causes she would only get 7,500 but if it was a accidental death she would’ve got the whole 15,000 she is 76yrs old so it wasn’t going to be a accident.so for three months now they are still taking $4.00 dollars out of her account and don’t have the policy anymore so just wanted to let people know to check their bank to see if they are doing it to others because $4.00 dollars don’t seem much but if they are doing it to just say a million people they are pocketing four million dollars and that’s messed up someone really needs to check into this because it’s not right

    I don't know who these people are, but they charge me 4.00 a month for something I don't want. They won't stop. How do I contact them to get them to stop taking my money?

    On 7/26/2023 I spoke with someone who identified herself as Audrey due to a 4.00 charge debited from my account each month since I took out a policy with Senior Life Insurance which, apparently, partners with this company without the knowledge or permission of the consumer. After reviewing their BBB record, I learned this company has a pattern of making these debits from others-accessed, likely, through opening policies with Senior Life Insurance. I requested a discontinuation of these monthly debits from my account as well as a refund of those debited payments made by this company, waited on hold for more than 15 minutes and demanded that no further debits be made from my account. Audrey assured me that my request would be honored.

    I tried calling them twice today using two different extensions and no one answered. What if I need their services, how will my people contact them?
