    I meet with the representative on the Aug 31st and signed up for a life insurance policy. The agent assured me that no money would be taken from my account. He said it would be deferred. I told him I was on SSI and could not afford a premium. I called him on Sept 1st and told him I noticed a charge from my bank and he "made some phone calls" and called me back and assured me it would be returned to my bank account on Monday. It is now Wednesday and no refund was made. I have tried calling the agent and texting him and he keeps telling me he is busy and will call me,but never does . I even asked for a supervisor number and he won't respond. I would like my money back and I would like to cancel my membership!

    Transactions date: 7/15/24. Amount disputing including Bank fees 4.00 assessed by Legacy Assurance, overdraft fee assessed by financial institution 27.50 and assessed NSF fee for 27.50 totaling 49.00. charged for a ****** **** ********* which I believe to be filed by false individuals . Reported by financial institution Bank statement for July 2024.

    We have emailed Mr. ******** to get more information to look up the transaction. We suggested that if he is uncomfortable giving banking information, to file a bank dispute and that we are here to help get this resolved.

    I cancelled my insurance policy with Legacy Assurance LLC over 3 years ago. They are still debiting my account for $4.00. I tried several times to contact them but the number keeps changing. I was given 3 different phone numbers ###-###-####, (**** ******** and ###-###-#### to try to contact their agency. I was told the company changed their name to Everlasting legacy. I just want my money refunded to my account

    I've been paying $**** a month for almost *yrs. I've tried calling and the call doesn't connect. Their webpage is down. I can't get ahold of anyone yet the money keeps coming out of my account. I don't even know if I still have a policy with them anymore cause I can't talk to anyone.

    We have contacted the customer and left a detailed voicemail for her to give us a call back for further assistance. Her membership is currently cancelled.
