    I ordered my package of bees and never received my package, they said they put a claim in for me but they came back with my claim was denied. I spent 180 dollars. I would consider this is a scam, my name is ******* *********

    Ordered 2 packages of live honey bees to be delivered April 17th. They changed it to May 8. The order sat in ********, ******* for a week, despite my numerous calls, texts, and emails to post office and Mountain Sweet Honey. They arrived mostly dead. Notified them, emailed photos as instructed and filed a claim. To date, June20th, no replacements or refund. A lot of excuses but no action even though there is a warranty.

    In December of 2023, I ordered a new hive and 2 sets of package bees. Bees were delivered 3-31-24 and one of the queens was dead. Contacted customer service on Sunday via email and received and email I had to wait 3 days. In the meantime the bees left the hive and went into an existing hive I already had. After 3 days contacted customer service and informed them of the situation. They were unwilling to send me a queen without existing bees and would not send me a new package. So no I am out the money for the bees and have an empty hive. I do not recommend using them for any type of service.

    Every reviews were right the bees are not effective as they describe I lost mine before rthe year was up. Lost too much money for buying *********. I am a bee expert I know these ********* were loose.Bill

    Not impressed. I ordered a package of Italian bees. Picked them up personally, put them in a new hive and all seemed good. Checked on them again in about two weeks and there was no brood, ***** seemed disoriented, sickly, I don't know what. Hive was not thriving. Called the company to discuss the issue, they said they would replace the queen. I drove back to ****** and picked up and new queen placed her in the hive per their instructions. Long story short, she was not better than the first queen and the hive died. I actually was able to locate the queen towards the end, but I never had any significant brood, just random scattered brood. They were helpful and nice but not sure about the quality of their bees.

    First time ordering from this company, ordered two Italian packages in 7/2022 with delivery 5/4-5/8/2023. Had to reach out to company and inquiry when they will be shipped. Picked them up at post office and there was screening material around the package so I didnt think too much of it. The post office put them in my car went home. I went to install when I got home and one package was completely dead and the other had about 100 bees in it. Both queens dead. Called and filed a claim with post office they said screening material was not them and the bees were not shipped express like other companies dealing with live items. Ex bees or chicks. The post office denied the claim. I think the company shipped and wrapped the failing or dead bees like that. Still waiting for a refund a month and half later. Will never order anything from this company.

    I'll keep this short and to the point: buyer beware. Horrible company to do business with, poor quality, dead bees, and our package that should weigh 3 pounds certainly did not. The icing on the cake is their customer service is terrible. I never write bad reviews on companies because I understand mistakes can be made. It's what a company does to right the wrong that matters and this company did nothing. A local beekeeper told ** that this company seems to put out a LOT of bees i.e. sacrificing quality. What a disgrace. Save your money and buy local. We wised up, went to a local beekeeper, and the quality of the package we received was a night and day difference.

    As a first-time beekeeper I was rather excited to find this company, a quick glance at ****** reviews and their FB page made it seem like a reputable place. I should have looked further into them. Initial order of two packs of Italian bees was in December with a ship date of early march. Besides the recipe of payment, never once did the company send updates until the bees actually shipped. Apon arrival, mass amounts of bees were outside of packs putting my local post office in a frenzy. After managing to get them home/installed in hives no damage could be found on packages which to my best guess means they just dumped them in and sent them with little concern. Three days later one hive was completely dead. Thinking it was bad luck and due to a sudden cold snap that could have shocked the hive, I decided to order two more packs to be delivered late April. Again, no contact until they shipped, this time on receiving them a many good layer of bees were dead at the bottom of both packs. My courier pointed out that it was sent ground and NOT first class like I had paid for and I should call the company to attempt to get a refund. Called company and politely explained the situation and my concern about the shipping. I was treated like this was my fault, stated as a fist time keeper it's a good chance a hive or two will not survive, explained to them about it being less than a week and a entire hive up and dying doesn't seem right withe responses as weather, its your hives, did you feed them correctly ect. Pointed out the other hive was doing fine and was told more or less same things and nothing could have been done because they were alive when I received them. As for the bees being on the outside the EXACT I quote was "These things sometimes happen" As for the second packs and shipping it was stated "They look into it" and unless over half the bees were dead that I would have to file a claim. Per BBB and yelp reviews this seems common. What a waste of time and money.

    No attempt to solve the issues of their shipped bees expiring. I shouldn't have even taken the time to trust that reaching out here for help would have resulted in any solution at all. The dollar debt slavery is real.
