    MVP German Auto Specialist have maintained my 2007 *** 650i for the past 10 years. Highly skilled and knowledgeable staff will greet you with a smile. During my latest service, ******** was exceedingly helpful, kept me informed throughout the service and provided some helpful tips going forward.     This place ripped me off and want honor warranty. I paid $7000+ to this shop back in 3/21.I was hesitate but they assured me they would fix the problem and not to worry. I thought they would be honest with me so i trusted it. They also told me they would give me a two year warranty. These people took my money and then told me they weren't equipped to repair what was wrong so i still ended up taking the car to the dealer for another $4500!. Fast forward to Friday 10/6 my car stopped working and wouldn't start. I had it towed to a different shop, because I definitely wasn't gonna take it back to MVP German Auto, and they told me that the sane issue that was supposed to be repaired by MVP was the reason the car stopped working!! That shop had me to call mvp and talk about the warranty and I was told because there was new people working there they wouldn't honor the warranty!! What sense does that make. I paid all that money only for them to tell me they won't honor the warranty. It's very unfair! I asked several times to speak to the owner and the guy over the phone refused and told me the owner wouldn't be in until next week. I knew he was lying so I had a male to call and he told the male caller that the owner went for a test drive and he could call back to speak to him when he gets back. These people are deceitful and liars. They also had put adhesive straps in place of actually doingng the work that should have been done!! These shops say they specialize in European cars but truth is they actually don't. They take your money and go on ******* to try to see how to repair the car. Please don't give these people your money and ladies please make sure you pay attention or have a guy with you when getting your car repaired be8these repair services prey on women! Now I have to pay another $3500 to a different repair shop to do the same thing I thought I had repaired already and it's not fair!

    Customer called in to inquire about warranty, she said she was told 2 years on the repair. At the time of said repair 3/21 it is clearly noted on the Invoice 12months or 12K. Service Advisor asked what the issue was at hand. What needed repairs. Said customer immediately became aggressive and requesting to speak to the ****** Service Advisor stated Owner is not here and wont be back until Monday. If you would like to leave a message, I will make sure the Owner knows when he returns on Monday. Customer hung up the phone, or possible disconnect. Service Advisor called her back immediately. Customer replied, yes, I hung up on you. Service Advisor tried on several attempts to reason with customer to help in finding out what was wrong with vehicle. Customer was irate. But in the same respect customer needed to be reasonable. At this point there was no reasoning with said customer. An unreasonable request warranty on a repair without being able to verify or know what is wrong with vehicle in the first place. Vehicle was at another shop. Not at MVP German Auto.MVP has always gone above and beyond for our customers. I the owner called customer, trying to find out what had happened to her vehicle. She tried to explain however did not quite know what had happened to her vehicle. I the owner, actually called the repair shop where customer has the vehicle now. Vehicle was towed to that repair shop for a no start. I the owner explained to the customer, that if customer would have just brought the vehicle back to MVP German Auto, I would have the opportunity to evaluate, assist, and most of all provide the customer the best outcome. Last response from customer, they will not answer the calls is just not true. We always answer the phones. MVP German Auto has been in Business well over 20 years and our goal has always been to provide our customers with the best service. Respectfully the Owner
