12/06/2021 Order # ******* was placed for 10 30W S11 120V BA15D Base ***** EIKO Brand 2 Double Contacts on Base 50 Hour Life, **** Inch Mol. $55.89 was paid with a **** card that appears on statement with transaction date 12/06/21. Received verification of the order via email from Atlanta Light Bulbs 12/06/21. After approximately 10 days I called to check on the order I was told that the *** on this product was 12/31/21 to 01/10/22 & that I would receive an email when the order shipped. I then made another call 02/08/22 & was told the *** was now 02/14/22 to 02/15/22. The next call I made was on 03/18/22 & was told the *** was now 03/21/22. The next 2 calls were made on 05/05/22 & 05/25/22. No one would answer my calls. This company took my money before any product was shipped and now I have no way to directly talk to them about refunding my money. Atlanta Light Bulbs then sends me an email on 10/04/22 telling me that I have reward points with AtlantaLightBulbs.com. along with a phone number that is not in service at this time.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (#*******) with Atlanta Light Bulbs *************) on May 3 2022 for$898.00 and have not received the items.I see they have applied for bankruptcy on April 2022. Placed and paid for an order via website on June 18, 2022 for $39.99. On August 5, 2022, I sent an email to the help desk and received an automated response that issued support Ticket # ***** with a note indicating a representative would be in touch soon. I ordered two electronic ballast for two fluorescent fixtures at a total cost of $33.95. on 12/09/2021. In February they claimed that supply issues were at fault having not being able to receive parts from their suppliers. Cannot get ahold of anyone at ALB company. I ordered lighting from Atlanta Light Bulbs on December 28, 2021 and have never received it. I called several times and was told it was on backorder. I placed two orders with Atlanta Light Bulbs, ****************************************************************************** for light bulbs., back at the beginning of February of this year. Each month since then I would call the company ans ask where my order is whereas I haven't received it. Each time the company informed me that the order was still on back-order and due in soon. I just found today the company went out of business and is permanently closed. A quick search on line and it appears that I am not the only one this has happened to. On 11/16/2021 I made an on-line purchase with Atlanta Light Bulbs, Inc. I ordered 25 Direct Wire Tubes at a total cost of $215.58. The order number is *******. Shortly after I made this order I received a notification that the items I ordered were on backorder and they would be shipped as soon as they received them. Subsequently after that notification I called Atlanta Light Bulbs 3 or 4 times inquiring about the status of my order. Each time I called I was told that they were expecting to receive the items I had ordered shortly and that they would be shipping them to me as soon as they came in. Finally after eight months of waiting, I decided to cancel my order and see if I could find the Direct Wire Tubes from another company. So, on Monday 8/1/2022 I called again ready to cancel my order. Only to find that even though their phone system was still operating, you could not actually speak to any one or leave any messages for any one. I ordered two Germicidal T5 light bulbs (Order Number ******) on 6/4/22. My bank shows $60.81 withdrawn from my account on 6/6/22. I have not received those bulbs. I was initially able to contact Atlanta Light Bulbs by phone ************** or ************) at which time I was told that the computer system crashed and they were unable to look into my problem. Later phone calls would not allow me any personal contact (automated answering only). My call on 8/2/22 to ************ indicated that the number was no longer in service. At this time I would like to be credited the purchase price of $60.81 because I have ordered and received bulbs from a different supplier.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in March (order #*******) and was charged $126.88 on my credit card. I was contacted a few weeks later and told that because of supply chain issues, my order would be delayed several months. I tried contacting the company to no avail. When I tried to access their site it says they are permanently closed.
