    Paid $469.59 for T8 led ballast bypass bulbs. Never received bulbs nor a refund. Called multiple times and left multiple emails, no response. Last response below. It generally takes **** business days for a refund to be processed; however, due to a staffing shortage, it is taking an additional 3-4 weeks.     2 years ago, In May or or June of 2021, I ordered a bulb for My slide projector from Atlanta Light Bulb, and was charged about $84.00 to My credit card. Never received order. They kept saying was on back order and of business. had not gotten the order from their supplier. Same story every time I Inquired about the order, Just a run around. Figure I have been ripped off, as I now see they are out of business.

    Ordered fluorescent bulbs 9-27-21; waited FOREVER, had correspondence with ******* via email for many months. Now, no response via email nor phone. Sure wish I had checked this BBB site before ordering which shows all bad reviews. never rec'd the product.

    Plz do not trust this company its frad if we order any they take ur money u wont get any products plz plz dont trust this Atlanta light bulbs company since 6 months I didnt get any I cancel the order I didnt get my refund back cheater

    We placed an order with Atlanta Light Bulb in October 2021 online and paid via credit card. A short time after placing the order we contacted Atlanta Light Bulb about where our order was and each time we were told that the order was on backorder and would be shipped out to us as soon as it became available. Our credit card was charged the full amount of $543.75 for our order. We recently just tried to contact the company again and have now found that the business is permanently closed. We are now without the product, but were fully charged.
