    I have had the technical people out to check my washer the problem still exists which apparently is due to a malfunction of the washer. I have called eight times and was told someone would call me back. I was told the Director was out on a route, the next day, oh he will call you back still no return call this is the poorest customer service I have dealt with it is a deliberate attempt to ignore the issue. I dont recommend them to anyone.

    I've been going back and forth with Appliance Care for 5 months over a broken ice maker. They've sent 3 different technicians who order the same parts repeatedly (4 times!). One of them nicked the water line and flooded under the fridge, another tech had to come out and fix it, and then instead of admitting they broke it, they tried to say it was already like that. They were assigned by American Home Shield. I've been told that I can't get a new repair company until Appliance Care admits they can't fix it. I don't know why they won't do that, it's obvious that they don't know what's wrong and in that case, I'm not sure why it's unreasonable to just mark the fridge as unrepairable so I can get one that works.

    I apologize for your unhappy service with Appliance Care regarding your icemaker repair of your first initial work order being received from AHS in July. Per our records, your work order was closed as complete and working properly with no complaint. You reached back out to Appliance Care in September which we instructed you to contact AHS to open up Recall ticket to prevent you from paying an additional service fee.

    ************** came back out and serviced your Fridge and at that time it was identified a separate issue with your fridge regarding water pressure and the ice was coming out slow which ************** repaired. 

    To date those repairs were replaced by our technicians and working properly at the time when our technicians left your home.  You contacted us back with an additional issue and no record or complaint from you indicating that ************** nicked your water line.

    At this point we have sent your work order over for a second opinion to diagnose any additional issues. We serviced your Fridge based on your contract coverage and we apologize that you are not fully satisfied with the service. 

    We wish you the best and we hope with the additional issues they are resolved
