      It has been a week since I purchased a Blue 2013 Dodge Dart from Sterling Auto. The day after purchase the vehicle would not start. I had roadside give me a jump and the car was fine. Since that day I havent been able to drive. Roadside did a diagnostic during a second trip and concluded that the alternator was the issue. I reach out to the dealership and expressed my concerns and explained the issue. Aside from it not starting, the vehicle wasnt detailed. It has a very strong odor. During my test drive I found it strange that the sales rep ******** had to jump the vehicle prior to me driving it however he reassured me it was due to the car sitting. The dealership refuse to repair the car. I was told it was my responsibility due to the repair being out of warranty. Legally the vehicle should of been at top performance prior to purchase and it wasnt

      Since I made the official purchase on August 24, the vehicle has had various issues that have not been resolved. Specifically, starting on the 26th of August, the engine light appeared on the dashboard, and in addition to this, the vehicle started to rattle dramatically. Conditioned by the vehicle issues, I contacted the dealership that sold it to me, and was informed I would have to bring it in to fix the issue. With my schedule being packed, I was not able to bring the vehicle in until the week of the 28th. Although I have went out of my way countless of times and have shown consistent patience, the dealership has not been truly accommodating and the vehicle has worsened after every visit as well. Currently, the vehicle is having a ton of problems with the transmission, and I am aware as to how cars work as I am a Safelite employee, yet the dealership has continued to only provide a single day solution. Consequently, I have contacted different companies to fix the issue, but was informed that the issue has to be addressed by the dealership. That said, I contacted them today, September 29, and the receptionist refused to address the ongoing issue that I PERSISTENTLY reminded them I was having. Although my reaction was solely anger because I feel like they scammed me with a lemon car, I decided to file a complaint. I have invested *****+ (the $1200 down payment was in cash and the rest via cash app) into this vehicle, purchased services from other companies, and it still hasnt been resolved. All of my contacts have been via phone call or showing up, so I do not have screenshots to attach. In spite of this, if need be, I can provide screenshots of the call logs made to them.

      On 08/30/2023 I brought a car from this company. While sitting there the air didn't work. I had one of the ************ tell me not to purchase this vehicle. I should of listened. Thursday 08/31/2023 I drove around with no problems. On 09/01/2023 it would not start. And basically long story short I was just up there Monday because I received a jump. I asked for them just to swap me out into something safer. ***** refused to swap me out and they worked on this car for 6 hours. Did I mention it over heated up there and ***** blame me. I drove all yesterday but it sounded like my battery wasn't going to last. This Morning 2 days later again I went to start my car and it didn't last. Too swap me into another vehicle they want a new down payment...

      On 3/30/2023 I finance a 2012 ******* Sonata with Sterling Auto Consultants from salesperson ****************. The same day of purchase the vehicle breaked down and I had to get it towed back to the dealership. The next day 3/31/23 I called the dealership explaining about the breakdown and how unsafe the vehicle was and I wanted to make a swape or my money back for the down-payment and partial insurance totaling $1100 via money order. The representative that I spoke to said they would give me a call back and look into this matter. I never received a call back so I went to the dealership and they informed me that the car had been repaired. As of today 4/9/23 The vehicle is still unsafe to drive and the latch to pop the hood of the car doesn't work, the brakes pump back, The engine is rattling, car lights are dimmed, car needs alignment etc....I tired to see if I could get another vehicle off their lot and was told sure but another down-payment had to be made because it's not that easy to have the insurance and title changed over. The car insurance is though the dealership and the company's names are **************************************** Superior LLC that was purchased on 3/30/23 and terminated on 3/30/23 referred by **************** salesperson with Sterling Auto Consultants.

      Worker their used my bank account info to put insurance 500$ on a car. I never got a car from there and also over 200+ in lyft. Police was called and report filed . police report will be available 3 to 5 days
