    I have been a loyal customer for years, but I will not be returning. The manager **** service is awful and he is very rude. I was the 1st client of the day (9/6/24) and upon opening the store their front desk person complained to another co worker that *** came in being rude to his employees. I had no idea that Id also experience his wrath. I went in for my car over heating & leaking coolant. Although my car had enough coolant in the reservoir to make it to precision (I live less than 10miles away) I still carried a brand new big jug of coolant with me on the ride for safety purposes. Upon arrival, I was told I would be charged a $100 diagnostic fee that is NOT applied towards any work done which I immediately thought was odd. I feel as though I was over charged because in addition to the diagnostic fee being a separate charge they charge an additional 4% fee if your payment is a card. I was also told at check out that I could not use any coupons or promo codes at check out even though I hadnt paid yet. they have to be presented when I first walk in. After, the technician completed the work I went out to my car and noticed my coolant was gone and I had been charged for coolant during my service. It turns out he charged me for coolant but used my personal coolant that I had sitting in my car that I purchased prior to my arrival. *** acted very nasty when I asked for a refund on the coolant fee and after arguing with me, he went in the register and threw the cash refund across the counter at me and said h*** be happy when I leave. I felt extremely embarrassed and feel They need to be held accountable! I have submitted feedback via their survey. I left a review on ******. I have left two messages on the customer care voicemail. I even email customer care. The company has not responded to any of these attempts. This is the worse service Ive ever received!

    I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years and the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment I received was uncalled for. The service I received was an oil change however the mechanic did not fasten the engine splash shield securely after the service. Scraping noise was coming from under my car as the shield was dragging. I took my vehicle back to this location where I was met with hostility and foul language from the owner/manager. I was accused of getting my oil changed elsewhere, running over debris (I did not) and uneducated b*tch.I was told that it was my fault that the part fell off and that he is not paying to replace that sh*t. I have been a customer at this location for many years and to be met with this treatment was such a shock. They have lost a loyal customer.

    Payed over $800 for repairs and the *** engine light was still on after picking the car up a third time. Nice manager but the mechanics were rude and disrespectful. Bad auto repair.
