    They kept my car for two days while I continuously called trying to get an update. When I finally got in touch someone they told me I needed transmission service but that they dont have anyone who works on transmissions. Needless to say they wont be getting anymore of my business.

    One star is too much credit. I took my wife's vehicle in for a recall. They say that they can't get to it until next Year. So we ask for a loaner or rental. They tell us to check with head quarters, Head quarters say check with dealer. Back and forth. Manager gets attitude and say take it somewhere else but I was already told from previous recall to bring it there when we start having problems, which we did.

    The worst customer service from **** dealer ship. Started on July 30th 2022. From start to finish with vehicle. Sales person, Finance manager, Sales manager to GM. had an appointment for 2PM to close a sale with finance. took 5.5Hrs to finish transaction. Car was damage in transportation sales manager advise me to take the delivery today ( Saturday ) and Monday he will call collusion ****** on Monday and have my in for repair and will provide loaner. Made a big mistake taking delivery on Saturday by listening sales manager. Sales manager gave me runaround for 2 Weeks. Spoke with GM he have this resolve soon as possible. He is still giving me runaround. So now into my 4th week my car is still not Fixed. I have contacted **** Corportation and Autonation Corportation waiting for their response. Don't take any bodies word from this dealer ship staff. I would never Buy vehicle from this dealer ship or refer anyone. Not only terrible customer service my vehicle was not detail or went over details about my vehicle.
