    okay initially I took my vehicle to e3 automotive to be diagnosed and serviced. I initially told them I wanted oil pressure switch fixed. She stated that I did not need the part 2 days later my car was supposedly “fixed” They diagnosed that my car needed a valve cover gasket that was never fixed. I have supporting documents I tried to resolve with them I took my car to the 3 times ! For the same issue. She said nothing was wrong but bad tires that was not the case. They charged me for two diagnoses but did not diagnose my car correctly or fix the problem. Tina is very rude and have bad customer service she was not willing to resolve my issue

    Please see the attached responses. This customers car was taken care of. What is not being told is she had taken the car to two different places before she came here and then after we did the work filed a complaint with her credit card company and had the charges charged back to us. I had to get the all the records and text messages from her sent to the credit card company showing that she had approved all work to be done in order for us to receive our money back. The last time she came in was not for the same issue and if you need picture, I will be glad to send you the pictures showing that someone had disconnected the battery and made all lights come back on in the vehicle. I fixed the vehicle at no charge and explained that there was nothing wrong with her sensor. I am trying to attached all the documentation from the bacnks and everyone else including warranty company and ****** to show what I have been through to get this customer taken care of

    There are no issues with her vehicle. We have already done the repairs. We have given  complete customer service to her at no charge and still found no issues when she returned. Until she has taken care of the other issues with her vehicle she is not going to be able to have a clean bill of health on this vehicle.

     

    As was stated in the invoices she only wanted the repairs done that she was invoiced for, she did not want the other repairs that were notated.

     

    Because this customer took her money back after we had done the work on her vehicle and after warranty had paid on one of the visits, and because we have already written off $109.60 because she did not want to pay. We will not only not be refunding her any money, but as we have stated to ****** and *** ******** ******** we have all agreed that we have lost enough money trying to satisfy this customer, and we will not be working on her vehicle anymore.

     

    It took over a week with many correspondence showing the credit card company all of the text messages and emails to get the funds that we were owed from her back. Unfortunately we will no longer be participating in working with customers that falsify information on E3 Automotive Inc.

    I am rejecting this response because: the valve cover gasket was never fixed on my vehicle I had to pay another shop to fix it so to E3 not holding up there warranty.. they made me pay two diag for one issue the oil pressure switch

    I am truly sorry but E3 Automotive Inc has sent documentation showing that we have done everything to get this customer taken care of on her approval. We will not be refunding any money at this time.

    On February 2, 2023 I had taken my vehicle to this repair facility to have a repair done do to oil leakage. That I had noticed underneath my car. I just paid the **** dealership for the same exact repair that I paid for less then a year for the same exact issue I was having with my vehicle. When I seeked the repairs that I thought that they would have fixed (repaired) and had to have taken it back once before because it was still leaking oil. As I have gone over my receipt to be fair they did absolutely nothing as in repairing the problem. I'm asking for a full refund of the money that they charged me in what I thought would have repaired and fixed the problem with my car leaking oil. I feel as if they have rob me. This repair was for the valve cover gasket in which they charged me in the amount of $***.** plus taxes.

    After reviewing the invoice, you
    provided from **** it states below the TOTAL **** *: the following “130,243
    removed and resealed upper timing case covers. Clean away oil residue. Test
    drove to confirm repair” It does not state they replaced the valve cover
    gaskets.
    You had ***,*** miles on the
    vehicle after we replaced the valve cover gaskets, from the **** invoice after
    their repair it states you have ***,*** miles which means since we replaced the
    valve cover gaskets you have driven this vehicle **,*** miles. 
    The warranty for parts and labor
    we provide is 1 year or 12,000 miles. In an effort to foster good customer
    relations, if you bring the vehicle back and we find that there is a leak on
    the valve covers we will still honor the warranty even though you are over the
    mileage.

    I am rejecting their offer due to the fact that they have worked on my car several times before. Whereas, I have had to take my car back to them to repair what I thought they had repaired the first time. On the printed **** invoice it states on there that the gasket covers were replaced and to be fair I did reach out to **** in order to confirm that repair that I have charged me for. That was what had been repaired I was on the road traveling when I noticed the oil linkage thanks to **** they ended up giving me a loaner car during the time of repairs. My understanding is why, are they requesting for me to bring my vehicle back to them when I have just had to pay for a repair that I paid them to do in the first place. That makes absolutely no sense to me at all they are doing poor business and that is what it boils down to they can give me my REFUND!!!

    It clearly states on the invoice/R.O. that you provide they did not replace the valve covers (you were only charged for the timing covers). Again, we will gladly check your vehicle and if the valve covers are leaking, we will replace them.

    My statement in response to them wanting me to bring my vehicle back to them I thought that was my response. By me declining to do so because I had to go behind them and pay again for the service that I had paid them to do the first time I went as far as contacting **** and what I paid for that is listed on the invoice **** states that gasket cover was what I was charged for they are only trying to flip the script on the work they should have done and did not do yet I was charged for sloppy work. I have not heard from them I will leave my comment about their services.
