    My experience with the owner of E3 was terrible. Oscar had my car over 2 months and didn't fix the original problem I was having which was a ticking noise. I ended up paying for him to put new parts in my engine but in the end he decides to say I need a new engine, after he has already tampered with it. I spoke with Ms. Tina, who is amazing, and had her put in my file I no longer wanted Oscar to touch my car. I only wanted his other workers who specialize in old school vehicles. Oscar decided to do the work himself anyway. Tina ended up discounting the bill because Oscar wanted $2500 but I still had the same problem even worse. Now my car is smoking and barely starts up. Oscar was very unprofessional and rude when we spoke on the phone. He basically said "I've done all I can do." When I came from out if town I called to let Oscar know my car is getting worse and because HE gave me a warranty how do I go about getting my car fixed. He said he wasn't honoring the warranty there is nothing he can do. Now that I put my car in another shop Oscar wants me to sign a paper, basically to cover his tail, and then he will look at the car. I don't trust this man with my car. There is no way my car should be sounding and riding the way it is if Oscar did the work he claims. And I just found out today the warranty is bogus. It's not covering any work he's done and I will have to pay out of pocket. I've consulted 3 different auto shops and everybody is saying the same thing, I have a lawsuit. I got ALL paperwork, text messages and emails from E3 to back up my claim. I also have diagnostics from different shops too. Thank you to Ms. Tina for your kindness and patience. But to Oscar, I'll see you in court!!
