      I found Tiffany K*****/White Glove Cleaning advertised on ******** and decided to try her service. On June 5, 2024, I met and gave Tiffany K***** $400 cash in the parking lot of ********* ** for a "top to bottom deep cleaning" of my house scheduled for June 21, 2024, between 11-11:30am. She required the total payment up front using a **** ***, something I don't use. We agreed on the full cash payment and she provided a paper receipt at that time. I texted Tiffany on Wed 6/19/24 at 1:42pm to confirm. She replied on Thurs 6/20/24 at 4:55pm she's sick and wants to reschedule. Though her receipt states "We don't offer refunds unless we are unable to make the appt" I tried to work with her and agreed to rescheduling. Since then Tiffany has rescheduled multiple times for various reasons including ***** **** ** *************** ********* *** **** ******* ************ ***** * ****** ******** *** ****** ****** ********. During this time she made offers of free biweekly cleaning for these issues. By 7/20/24 I say "no, I want my refund". I'm still waiting! I have the receipt she provided and all supporting text messages.

      Contacted Tiffany on ***** ** **24 to inquire about a cleaning service. Made an appointment for *** * **24. Was told there was a $250 Deposit required upfront. And it was to be paid using cash app. The total amount was paid on ***** ** **24 in the amount of $250.00

      Monday *** *** Tiffany reached out to reschedule due to doctor appointment. We rescheduled for *** ** **24. Again the day before she needed to reschedule. So we scheduled for Thursday *** ** **24. On Thursday she again she needed to reschedule for Tuesday *** ** **24. And again for *** ** **24.

      At this point I canceled and requested a full refund. She replied a refund would take 10 to 15 business days. 15 days has come and gone and no refund processed. There has been no communication and I will be proceeding with FTC and small claims court to include a police report.

      On ******* ******* I paid Tiffany K***** of White Glove cleaning in advance for cleaning a new home. She was to do so on ******* ***** She canceled . Appointments were scheduled every week after that and at last minute she would canceled and reschedule for following week.
      She finally said she would refund me , changed her mind and after a couple weeks of complaining on ***** **** she said she would be issuing a refund in 1 to 15 business days. she said any quistions call her at* ***********.
      Needless to say I never got refund.
      I let her know I have saved all her text messages and expect this taken care of.

      Jan 29th, 2024, I responded to an ad from White Glove Cleaning and communicated with Tiffany Kromer about a deep cleaning of my house located at *** ***** **, ********** GA. I was quoted $475 and agreed on the cleaning to happen Feb 9th 2024 and I PRE PAID via ***** for cleaning: My Kitchen, LR, Powder room, Dining Room and Big Windows as extra.

      On Feb 6th Tiffany RS for Feb 21st. I asked for a refund as I needed the cleaning on Feb 9th and she said there is a no refund policy.

      On Feb 20th I messaged Tiffany to confirm for Feb 21st and she confirmed.

      On the am of Feb 21st she messaged RS to March 6th and I again requested the refund. It was refused and only option was to do this March 6th.

      March 6th she arrived alone, did very little cleaning and left without notice. I messaged her and called her. She later responded that she "mopped her way out" Her advertising states that they will clean until I am satisfied and specifically stated they will clean under things. This was not true. The powder room toilet was left very dirty, the sink was left with dirt and hair in it, the Dining Room table was not wiped down. base boards were not wiped, windows were not cleaned, Blinds not touched. ETc. ALL of this is in her advertisement as part of the cleaning. The only thing she did was mop the floors and that was incomplete. I asked her to mop under the couch and by dog toy basket and she refused. Even though this is stated as included. I had texted her a picture of my large windows, told her that they are VERY HIGH and she said she can do them, needed to pick up special supplies, and it was do able. She did not do the High Windows and when I asked about them not being done - she stated she could not reach them. I said I sent you specific pictures. She did not have a response. I stated I needed FULL refund of $475 as she did not fulfill the contract, that the areas she contracted for were not clean. She refused.

      We tried to use them last month... paid up front (BAD IDEA!!). She rescheduled on us several times and I finally asked for a refund... then she (Tiffany K*****) said she would send money on certain day and kept rescheduling that!! Have not gotten my money back and she just declined my 3rd **** *** request for the money. I tried filling a claim with the bank, but they said since it was done through a third party, they couldn't help. I tried filing a claim with **** ***, but can't figure out how ??...I don't like to smear people, but when they take hard earned cash from me, because they are too lazy to work to earn their own, that just sets me on *************

      On March ** 2022, I hired White Glove Cleaning Service to perform a move out cleaning of a home. A full payment of $400 was required before she would definitively commit to a date. Normally, I would not pay in full for services that had not yet been rendered. However, the cleaning job needed to be completed within a certain time frame and the company was willing to complete the job on March *** 2022. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the house was not vacant for a move out clean by March *** 2022, so Tiffany agreed to change the date stating in a text, "your credit will be on file". By June *** the house was still occupied and the family was not moving out as planned. I contacted Tiffany to call me because I wanted to discuss other arrangements for the money. A text was sent back stating, "I am out of town until ******* and "It is basically a gift card so you're welcome to use it on your own house or any house if it is the same size/similar condition."

      My wife and I considered allowing her to clean our home, but decided to request a refund. Tiffany again texted, "we do not offer refunds as stated in our invoice". No contract was signed or given. My wife contacted the bank in order to dispute the charge. The bank's response was they were unable to dispute the charge stating it was past a certain time period. At this point, I felt the only option was to give her a chance to make good on "the gift card". A date of July, *** 2022, was set up up for a deep clean. On July *** Tiffany sent a text stating, "We are all sick at the moment" and another date was rescheduled. Afterwards, Tiffany rescheduled each of our appointments using excuses such as *********************************************************************************************** and now on Aug. *** ***************** again". On August *** Tiffany texted if she could not make it on September *** she would agree to a refund. I again requested a refund which will supposedly be processed by the end of the month.

      I signed a contract ***** **, 2022 to have my home cleaned on ***** ***, 2022 by this company.. The date the cleaning was scheduled the owner Tiffany texted asking to reschedule due an issue at her daughters school. I agreed and the new date of *** *, 2022. On the day of the of *** *** Tiffany texted asking me to reschedule because she had an employee quit and she texted if she didn't make this *** **** appt she would she would honor a full refund-so I agreed to a new date of *** **, 2022. On that day she texted stating she didn't have a babysitter and asked to reschedule again, to **** **, 2022. **** **th she texted to ask to reschedule to **** **, 2022. I stated no, I have reschedule several times and she would need to come this date. She agreed to try to get there this date. Late in the day she texted stating she would not be able to make it and again I asked for a refund. On **** *, 2022 she texted apologizing that she had not sent the refund and would send it by month end and as of today ****** *** I have not received any further text or any refund.
      I am asking BBB to contact this business to assistance me in getting my refund of $350.00. All of the informational dates provided is in text messaging. If needed I can screenshot the conversation and upload it.
