      I really wish I would have looked this up first. I have NEVER written a bad review in my life. I always chalk up a negative experience as a bad day, or miscommunication. I almost chose to report this person as a scammer. I paid 400$ up front (yes-that was the stupid part) for this person to do a move out cleaning. I had Pre-CLEANED! I needed dusting, deep cleaning, appliances, things you would assume would be a part of a Top to Bottom deep clean (her words) I paid an EXTRA 100$ for her to clean my couch and loveseat. I specified before the quote that the house is **** sq ft. I knew she was pricey, but I realllly needed help as I have * kids and working full time and trying to move. She gets there, texts me that it's going to take more than she thought, due to the 'condition'. Then asked if I wanted to add appliances! Yall!! I'm 500$ in an she wasn't even going to clean the oven. What the heck is a deep clean! I reluctantly pay more to do the oven only because at this point I'm broke and desperate. She states a little later that she may have to come back because the house is 'dirtier' than she thought. At this point, I'm bawling because I'm hurt-and realize I've been taken to the cleaners. Yes, it was dusty. But I had a PHOTOGRAPHER take pics of this house before she came...I can ASSURE you, it was no pig stye. I tell her to pretty much just leave at that point. Do 5 hours-charge the outrageous amount of 100$ an hour. Forget the furniture since it was 'too much' for her, and essentially, just leave. So she does. I tell myself at least I got some things done right? Wrong. Apart from cleaning the oven and wiping down some blinds, that was about it. I took pictures of the cabinets, the floors, under the couch. Yall. If this isn't a scam. To be fair she offered to come back and do a redo. But this person tried to convince me she had a crew come to my house and deep clean for a hours when I have proof that's not true?? No thnx, but you can refund me what you didn't do.

      Hired and paid $300 up front for deep cleaning (only way to book her) after trying to pay 1/2 up front 1/2 on completion (which she refused). After 3 reschedules due to various excuses on her part she agreed to refund the $300 after 15 business days. That time has passed and now she will not even respond to questions about refund

      We hired Tiffany to clean our house and paid for 6 more cleanings up front to get 2 free cleanings after that. She cancelled the first cleaning and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The day of she tried to cancel again. We said we wanted our money back then she said she would come. She came that day and was supposed to come again two weeks later. We are having work done on our house so we asked to reschedule to the following week. She texted the night before saying she needed to reschedule again. She gets all this money up front and then she is unreliable. When she did come the one time she did a good job but we noticed later on that some things were not dusted/cleaned. It just doesn’t seem right to get all of this money up front and then constantly cancel when the cleanings are supposed to be biweekly. We requested a refund for the remaining money (the money we paid up front for the 6 more cleanings and 2 free) and she said she doesn’t do refunds even though I read other reviews where she supposedly refunded other customers. Then my husband asked again for a refund and told her we no longer require her services and she never responded. It’s not right to do this to people. We have read MULTIPLE reviews with the same issues.

      The reviews seem to speak for themselves. There is obviously a trend that Tiffany is maintaining. Repeated cancellations, ridiculous upfront costs, and the lack of ability to clean. A most unpleasant experience dealing with this company.

      Did a great job with a move in deep cleaning request. Good communication. Easy to pay. Very friendly.
