    Title Frauds:
    I would first like to start of by describing our reason for going to this business. Today was my daughters 7 birthday she wanted to have her birthday at this place because of the roller skating. This day started off by someone from there staff telling me that it would be an additional 50.00 on top of the 495.00 for me to bring in gift bags for the attending children, what a joke. Not to mention the ever so present total control factors of not even being able to bring in to our priviate room a piñata which is a custom of my wife's family. But this is just the beginning. We were suppose to hav a event host which was never in the room for longer than 4 to 5 min. We! meaning my wife and I had to entertain the kids ourselves. Each Child received a 7$ arcade card which I personally had to put more money on the cards 10 of them spending$ 1.00 per transaction extra utilizing the kiosk machines rather then handing the hot the 10 cards to add more moneyA big fat NO to that o e some VIP party we have....joke. Rigbys VIP parties are not VIP so who ever thinks you will have a VIP vibe think again. I now understand why they are not part of the BBB. My daughter the birthday girl was suppose to receive a card as well with 250 points added to it. This was not the case. The lady In The office told me that one of the 10 cards would have a sticker identifying her card no stickers were present. First of all it's a 10 guest minimum, someone tell me why they added my daughter to the guest list. We Should have been 11 cards All I got from the office bla bla bla lady was a bunch of bull crap explanations. They were wrong about it my daughter was not a guess. They also stole money from my card and the guesses cards by swiping them at each of the two events. After the last event there was money missing from each card. Excuses is all I received. Do not have a party at rigbys matter
