    I had a terrible experience yesterday 7/10/24. I was harassed several times. I was told my payment didn’t show on their end but 197.95 was deducted from my account. I showed them several of times I used my card 3 more times after that and didn’t have an issue with payment. They were rude nonchalant and ruined my son birthday experience very dissatisfied with the services received and the way me and my family was treated

    Hello, this is Gracie with Rigby's Entertainment Complex and Water World. I have spoken with our management team that was involved in your circumstance. The issue was that the initial transaction for your count of tickets was declined due to insufficient funds. We adjusted the transaction to the lower count of tickets requested, your card was already recognized through the tap feature of our card processors and simultaneously you requested that the transaction be canceled. We did but the card was charged because the tap feature read your card. From the changes, our system unfortunately froze and while we worked on the backend, we let you into the park to enjoy the day. Our VP-Operations, Steve B**** spoke with you on-site and called you the next morning as we tracked the payment processing.
    The challenges we had with dealing with the issue were not only due to charges/processing issues but with relaying the information with you as well.
    We understand your frustrations but did our best to accommodate.
