    I signed up with NBK for a DUI risk reduction class because they offered one during the week on the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month as opposed to on the weekend like most other companies. I called to confirm with ***** in their office that they were offering the class for July 11th and she stated they were and to go ahead and get registered/make payment. I had everything setup to go to the class on Monday and received a voicemail from their office from ******** that stated they wouldn't be having the class since they didn't have 5 students attending. I called back to check with ***** who said she would check into the next class they offered during the week and let me know. They also didn't offer the class on the week of the 25th of July or the 8th of August so i went ahead and signed up with another company to take the class who offered it during the week. After emailing with *************** and talking with ***** requesting the refund for the class they didn't offer or provide I was told they wouldn't refund my money because they also offered weekend classes that i could've taken instead with them. I ended up using another provider for the class and was able to take it during the week.

    ******* we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, however we explained we offer weekday classes, but we must have 5 students paid to have the class, that is a state regulation. When ensured we clearly explained that to you as well. We offered on numerous occasions to get you into multiple classes that we have had and you continued to decline. We did our best to ensure you got what you needed. We are unable to jeopardize the integrity of our program and have an obligation to remain in alignment with DDS standards and expectations.

    I am rejecting this response because: Im not arguing why they didnt offer the class, my argument is why I didnt get a refund for services not rendered. I signed up for a weekday class that they didnt have. These reasons were all given to me after they accepted my payment/registration. I used their company because they stated they offered a weekday class which wasnt delivered because of these reasons.
