    I recently completed a defensive driving/driver improvement class taught by an amazing instructor, and I am thrilled to share my positive experience. If you're looking for a course that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a confident driver, then look no further.First and foremost, the instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and personable. Her expertise in the subject matter was evident in every aspect of the course, and she took great care in ensuring that each and every student understood the material. Her passion for road safety shone through in her engaging and interactive teaching style, making each ****** informative and enjoyable.The content of the course was fantastic. I learned so much about the importance of being a defensive driver, and how to anticipate and respond to different road situations. From tackling tricky intersections to navigating inclement weather conditions, the course covered it all. The discussions and hands-on driving exercises made for a well-rounded and comprehensive learning experience.I also appreciated the flexibility of the class, which was tailored to meet my busy schedule. The instructor was accommodating and worked with me to find the best course plan that fit my needs.In conclusion, I would highly recommend this defensive driving class and this instructor to anyone looking to improve their driving skills and knowledge. I cannot thank the teacher enough for her excellent instruction and for going above and beyond to make the class engaging and beneficial. The location was easy to get to, just off 441. After taking this class, I feel more confident and prepared on the road, and I know that I am a better driver because of it.

    The company keeps cancelling the class because they have to have 5 people. My son in law signed up for this class because he could have it in person not virtual. They cancelled the first class because of not enough people, They convinced him to do virtual the phone kept going in and out. They told him to come to class the following weekend. Now they have cancelled that class because low participation. They have rescheduled for the next weekend. This will be 4 weeks of not having the class. I ask for refund so he can go to another school to get the class done and they won't give us a refund.
