Poorest quality that I have ever seen!! Our floors are literally falling in, they are so bad around my stove that it wouldnt surprise me if we come in one day and it has completely fell through the floor!! They used pressed particles board on the floors all through the house!! We will eventually have to have new floors installed and our home is only 7 years old!!

ScotBilt holds a one year warranty on the home for anything plumbing, electrical, and structural. It is recommended annually to check the bottomboard of the home, make sure the dryer vent of the home is completely vented to the exterior. Have an annual check for any plumbing leaks. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our service department with your serial number at ************.

I bought this house back in August 2022 . They have sent someone out twice to fix my window because it fell off track. The window still wont go up . My front is not level you can see the light coming through the first door. My shower walls are like waves my counter top is chipped. After they fixed it, my cabinets started peeling. I was told to get a chalk pencil and color them in . Theres yellow marks on my walls that wont come off. They told me theres nothing they can do about it and Ive tried everything to remove them. I also had slices in my rugs and took some kind of glue to glue it back together and its very noticeable z

My home was a rush job. None of the doors were align to properly shut. None of the walls was caulked properly the lights would not align in the middle of the room. My barn door was not properly installed. It took three contractors to try to fix the door and still not properly shut my washer and dryer outlet let Special with my dryer was converted to underground instead of outside the house. My heat was not probably hooked up when we was freezing with no heat my screen to my patio door. The lock was not installed on the screen. The pressure with my water was not properly done, right . Ive had so many complaints that I had to call FHA, which my loan was processed by to let them know how poor this house was thrown together. Please do your information before purchasing anything from Scotbilt. Its a lotta money that you put into a home that you have to go back and redo , my home is nice. My home is beautiful because of what Ive put in this home, but my home was thrown together at the last minute with poor contractors who didnt care about my home.

House is not built properly the plaster to the home is separating from the wall. There is no shelves to store your bed sheets and others things. The ceiling fan in the living room is out dated. Sale person recommended that I purchased a ************** home that is not what I expected over priced

We have had this house since May 2020 and a few months ago the trimming inside of the home started coming off the walls, my kitchen cabinets are falling apart and now we have a bad leak in one of our bathrooms that seems to be happening for a while but was only noticed because my childs bedroom wall trim was bent do you water damage so after pulling it off the wall we have found lots of water damage and mold on the bathroom wall and childs bedroom. And our flooring has random holes appearing out of nowhere.

Its been 2 years and our punch list was never completed. Still waiting on the trim kit, the upgrade fridge i paid for, and the door they left off.... I signed my contratcs "under duress" and it is written on the closing paperwork. My home is still falling apart. Warranty not being honored. My roof leaks in several areas. I had to pay an electrician to fix the smoke alarms as they did not work.

Hello, after reviewing your file it shows we have been to this home on numerous occasions as well this is the first time being notified of any remaining item. My records show Several roof leak repairs in 2020/2021. We completed the cosmetic warranty trip on Feb 2021; during this trip we replaced the fridge with the one that was ordered which was not what the homeowner thought she was getting but was what was ordered through us. A 18CF refrigerator with icemaker. We returned to finish the remaining repairs needed by the prior contractor in July 2021; customer signed off on the release as she was happy with everything except the ceiling, ****, and set up. We did a courtesy trip Jan 2022 for what was mentioned at that time she still wanted repaired; cabinets, ceiling, trim, **** and repaired ceiling crack. As the manufacture we only hold a one year warranty on electrical and plumbing as well as a one time cosmetic trip on each home as long as the list is turned in within 45 days of the purchase date. Per the records, it seems we have upheld our warranty and done everything we could for this customer. Please know, we have not been contacted since the last trip in January 2022 of any remaining items. When it comes to the roof leaks, please know it is required/recommend each year to get on the roof and reseal EVERY vent, you will find this information in the green homeowners manual you received when you purchased the home. If I can assist any other way, please let me know. Thank you, ***************************** Asst. ******* Manager Email **********************************

Never buy a hole from here. Since weve lived here which hasnt even been a year yet our house still needs repair. Ive tried having 3 different people come out. Every time someone comes out (which it would take forever for someone to come out) they would break stuff instead of fixing things. This passed issue with the windows not being fixed-not staying up, the carpet tearing, and the siding popping out every 2 seconds. Ive been trying to have someone come out for the last 4 months!! And they always come up with a reason not to come out. And when I try to call Heaven (the lady in the office who does the work orders) she never answers her phone. No matter how many times you call her and leave a message on her mail box she will never call you back. The guys came out to my house yesterday did one window repair didnt finish the job they promised they would come back tomorrow morning never heard a word from them. Now I have to call Heaven again and see if I can reschedule. Its a pain in the ****. DONT EVER BUY A HOME FROM SCOTBILT!

***** ****** I apologize for the inconvenience this has been thus far for you; I personally spoke with you yesterday at 12:23pm and agreed to get this work order in the hands of an trustworthy contractor that I know would complete the job at the time of service. I cannot speak for what has occurred with the current contractors but I have gotten with upper management to get this handled to ensure this does not happen again. We are very sorry but as mentioned I will get this taken care of for you. The current contractor I plan to send this just left on a run and will be approx. 1-2 weeks before I can get this order in his hands, during our call you agreed this would be okay. If for whatever reasoning- this is not okay; please let me know so I can try to plan accordingly to get someone else that area. Thank you! *****************************- Asst. ******* Manager

I bought my home in December of 2021, completed the punch list to have all warranty issues repaired and sent it over to our sales person. Months go by without hearing anything about the warranty work being completed, 8/22 I start making phone calls to figure out whats going on and found out that scotbuilt never received our punch list for the mobile home dealership until 7/19/22. So a few emails and phone calls were passed around and it seemed like we were finally getting somewhere, their warranty contractor calls me at 5:00 one evening and says he will be at my house at 8:00 the next morning, I told him no I cant do that I work for a discrete part of the government and I cant just take off or call in with less than a 24 hours notice, the contractor says that they only come to ** like once a month to do warranty work and he would get with SB to reschedule another date. I am still waiting on that phone call to have something set up, OH and by the way I am already past my one year to have my warranty work completed.
