    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Climb Entertainment, LLC aka Climb ***************/ ***** J. ******* located at ************************************** and ************************************** for failing to complete the work agreed on my vehicle and for providing misleading information regarding the status of the work. I entrusted Climb Entertainment with my vehicle, Vehicle VIN ***************** via agreement dated March 27, 2024 for customization of our ******************** a prepayment of $43, 810 (forty-three thousand eight hundred and ten dollars) was made toward the total cost ($64,400). Since then, I have been repeatedly assured that the vehicle would be ready by various deadlines (June 30th, 2024, September 15, 2024, etc. provided by the owner, ***** J. *******. However, these deadlines have consistently been missed, and I have not received satisfactory updates on the status of my vehicle and ***** has been caught in several lies related to the status of the vehicle. It has now been over a year since my vehicle was dropped off for repairs, which I believe is an unreasonable length of time for such services. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter including but not limited to: regularly contacting ***** the owner, setting mutually agreed upon deadlines, regularly visiting in person, requesting and receiving written agreements for completion. Each time, I have received responses the commitments have failed to material and further delays without any concrete timelines.
