    This company took $43k of my money and destroyed a brand new bus with just 23k miles and never delivered the job. Climb Entertainment removed all of my equipment I paid for and used it on another build. 4 HVAC units, 11kw generator, oven, propane tanks, and left holes in the ceiling, allowing water to pour into the inside of the bus. I have been battling this company for two years with falsehope that one day the owner will make right. He wont even allow us access to pick up the bus and remove it from his property. bus is destroyed! $43,000 was given to this man to build out my business and he stole it and doesnt have a ounce of remorse. If this has happened to you with the same company, I hope you can reach out to me. I am filing a class action lawsuit it seems that I am not alone. Theres already seven companies that this ***** has stolen money from. Bake It on ****** is my company and Im looking for other victims of Climb Entertainment to join the class action lawsuit.

    I took my vehicle to Climb Entertainment in **. Sat with ***** and went over all the specs. After they got my deposit and vehicle, there was almost no communication. They just did whatever they wanted and not to agreed specs. I went once to pick up the vehicle and it was all screwed up. The check engine light was on in my brand new Sprinter and had to be taken to the dealer. Climb Entertainment (*****) demanded I pay $5000 and made me sign new contract to fix the mess. I had to fly back and wait another month. Time is NEVER what is promised. I finally said I was coming to pick up my vehicle no matter the condition and will take it somewhere else. The second time I went, I spend all day there fixing other problems and I decided to sign whatever paperwork under duress and take my vehicle with me. This company doesn't know the meaning of ethics and morals. They found upfitting limos as a way to scam people.
