    I no longer use this gym's services and have been trying repeatedly to obtain a copy of my contract and cancel my membership in person. Every time I have gone by the business during the day, there have been no staff members or management present to assist me. The office is locked up and lights turned off, nobody is at the front desk, and no staff are in the training areas or using workout equipment. I cancelled my debit card with my bank so they could no longer charge me, but somehow they found a way to bypass this and continued to charge me the $43.60 per month to my new card. I did not update payment information with them. I have now issued a stop payment with my bank thinking they would get the hint; however, they reached out to me four times yesterday, 03/17/23, via text message wanting updated payment and threatening to charge late fees. I responded to their text message by telling them I have tried to cancel multiple times and find their staff evasive and that effective immediately I am no longer a member and would like to be dropped from their contact list. I am currently awaiting a response. There are also many recent ****** reviews from other members stating they are having the same problems with membership cancellations and that this is a very shady business.
