My wife and I have had one of the worst experiences ever with Atl Fitness 24/7 Woodstock. We moved to ******* over 8 months ago and immediately contacted the gym to cancel the membership. Since then, weve spoken to two different staff members on the phone and sent around four emails explaining the situation, but despite all that, they have continued to charge us month after month.Since signing up in 2023, I had only used the gym a handful of times before we moved. After relocating to another state, we made every effort to cancel properly, yet they ignored us and kept billing. Today, we called again trying to finally get it resolved. A man named ******* answered the phone, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences weve ever had. He barely listened to what we were saying, acted like he didnt care at all, and ended the call abruptly without helping us.After this frustrating call, we decided to check other reviews and it turns out our experience is very common. One review explained how Atl Fitness locks members into extremely long contracts without properly explaining the terms when you sign up. Important information is hidden deep in the fine print, and they rely on people not noticing it. Another review described someone who disputed a $37 charge, only to have it turn into over $200 in collections fees. Even after paying, they were hit with additional charges without any clear explanation. Its clear this gym uses shady business practices to trap customers and keep charging them long after they want to leave. My wife and I have tried at least six times to cancel through phone calls and emails and every time weve been ignored, brushed off, or treated poorly. They make canceling so difficult that people either give up or end up stuck paying for a membership they dont use. We would absolutely not recommend Atl Fitness 24/7 Woodstock to anyone. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and money. This gym is not worth it.

Ive been trying to cancel my membership with Atl Fitness 24/7 Woodstock for over 8 months now, and its been one of the most frustrating experiences Ive ever had with any business.I moved to ******* last year and contacted the gym right away to cancel. Since then, Ive spoken to two different people on the phone and sent around four emails explaining that I no longer live in *******. Despite that, theyve continued charging me every month. Ive only used the gym a handful of times since signing up in 2023, but that doesnt seem to matter to them at all.I called again today hoping to finally resolve it. A guy named ******* answered the phone, and he couldnt have been more rude he barely listened, didnt care, and basically hung up on me mid-conversation.After that call, I looked through other reviews and realized my experience is part of a bigger pattern. One reviewer said the gym locks people into long-term contracts without properly explaining it. The terms are hidden in fine print, never mentioned at sign-up, and used to trap people who didnt notice before signing. They said they felt scammed and honestly, I do too.Another person shared that after disputing a $37 charge, they were sent to collections and hit with over $200 in fees. Then they were charged again even after canceling, and the gym still wouldnt stop billing them. They also mentioned that the gym rarely answers phone calls or offers real help. That matches my experience exactly.Ive made at least six solid attempts to cancel calls, emails and nothing has worked. Its clear theyre not interested in helping, only in continuing to charge my account as long as they can. This doesnt feel like bad customer service anymore it feels like a scam. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. Once they have your card, its nearly impossible to get out.

I signed up for a membership and had it for a year, went in before my last month was up and signed the cancellation agreement. Everything was fine and the. They charged me the month after and I called and they saw it was cancelled in their system and refunded the amount cause they SAW MY CONTRACT ENDED. I get a charge today and when I call and leave a voicemail to have them cancel the charge, it get emailed by the owner saying I agreed to a 30 month contract that is a HAND WRITTEN SIDE NOTE on the paper and when I called to say I did not agree to that and that the initial signatures on that portion of the contract do NOT match my own handwriting, he said that he remembered me signing that part of the agreement when I have never spoken to him about anything other than my FIRST signing and about their BJJ classes, and then he was rude and when I said, so you can just sign my initials and when I say that isnt my writing you can just go ahead and keep doing that he said yep and hung up on me. This place is a SCAM.

DO NOT USE THE ESTABLISHMENT THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I had a very unpleasant experience here, I attempted to sign up for some classes to try and get back in shape for the summer and was very excited to do so however after signing up for a one month program it was brought to my attention shortly afterwards when I was still billed for the next month that they had left portions of the contract out of our discussion. They attempted to lock me into a year-long commitment to which I did not agree to, after confronting the business and the individual that signed me up for this they were very rude and arrogant. They basically called me an idiot and told me that whether I liked it or not I would be paying them for an entire year for their services that I would not be utilizing. They are not transparent about their contracts, they are not transparent about the fees or even how much it will cost to receive the services. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and overall a very shady business. I would not recommend them to anybody else.
