      We did sign up for a trainer however, over the weekend life happened and we had to cancel the trainer. To which they kept rebuttling the cancelation, when we had no means to be able to move forward with the service and it was canceled before it even started. After being offened as to what was more important being financially stable or our health we were done. We were told that it will be canceled and a letter would be sent however over the weekend I received a phone call informing us that it was not. I reached out to the nessacary parties and have been ignored.

      *******************************, Elevate Fitness Coaching, and Lighthouse Fitness Management, which all operate under the corporate umbrella of USA Personal Training. Despite the use of multiple brand names, these entities are all part of the same corporate structure under USA Personal Training. This shared management and contract structure leads me to believe the pattern of misleading and unfair practices is systemic.I respectfully request the following:A full release from my personal training contract without any further charges or cancellation penalties.An investigation into the practices of USA Personal Training and its associated entities (*******, Elevate, Lighthouse).Regulatory review of their cancellation policy and service model to protect other consumers from similar treatment.All 3 entities engage in what I believe are deceptive, inconsistent, and predatory business practices that have caused me financial and emotional distress.Since the start of my contract, I have experienced a complete lack of consistency and professionalism with emails and text messages to support:I was assigned six different personal trainers over the course of my membership.I raised concerns multiple times with at least three different area managers, none of whom resolved the issue.Despite these repeated disruptions, I was told that as of June 2, I would be assigned yet another new trainer further demonstrating the companys instability and poor service.When I requested to cancel due to the ongoing failure to deliver the services I contracted for, I was told I would be subject to a $1,000 cancellation fee (25% of the contract value). Their position ignores the pattern of failed service delivery, which I consider a breach of contract on their part.

      I am filing a complaint against Lighthouse Fitness Management due to their deceptive and obstructive cancellation process for personal training services tied to my membership at 10 Gym.I fulfilled the obligation period of my personal training contract and attempted to cancel after transitioning to a month-to-month agreement. However, I was not given any straightforward way to cancel. The trainers at the gym referred me to a website to request cancellation. I have submitted cancellation requests three separate times through their online form and have not received any response.There is no phone number available to reach a live representative. When I stopped payment through my bank to prevent further unauthorized charges, I was suddenly contacted by a representativehowever, they claimed they could only handle billing, not cancellations.This business appears to make canceling intentionally difficult or nearly impossible, while continuing to charge customers who are no longer receiving services. I consider this a predatory and unethical business practice.I am requesting immediate and verifiable cancellation of my membership, along with written confirmation, and a guarantee that no future charges will be attempted.Ive attached my profile to show that the business didnt bother to upload the agreement and a history of my payments to show I have completed my obligatory year without missing a payment.

      I signed up for a gym membership with 10gym two weeks ago. I got a text message from Dakota who claimed he worked for ***** as a trainer however later found out he was through Lighthouse Fitness Management long story short I signed up for a physical trainer prior to doing my research with the company. I looked over the contract as well it states I have 3 days to revoke the contract if I send a certified letter to their address which I did. I also contacted Dakota who sent me a link to fully cancel Ive filled that out and no one has emailed or called me with the company. Ive canceled my bank card because I read too many horrible reviews and this company continues to attempt to charge my card. Still no one has reached out to say my account is fully closed seems like I did the right thing. Also, Dakota stated I will get my refund of $49 since I canceled in the right amount of time nothing so far.

      I signed a one-year contract with this company on November 2, 2024 for personal training sessions at ****** in ***************, **. I was forced to sign a one-year contract or I could not get services. I did choose to pay in full which was $4,369. I had Trainer 1 for 3 weeks before she told me she was "sick af" in text and could not make my sessions that week. After a week of no response, a trainer 2 contacted me to tell me that Trainer 1 had left the business and I had to start up new with Trainer 2. After 6 weeks with Trainer 2, she left the company and I had to wait on Trainer 3 to contact me to start all over again. I postponed that for a week when Trainer 4 texted me to tell me that he was my new trainer. Although he repeatedly referred to me as "man". He had no idea I was female or how many sessions I had already completed or anything about my training. I asked if I could have a female trainer. He said he would put me in contact with her. After a month of no contact, I asked him again to put me in contact. It has been 2 weeks and still no contact. Today (4-29-26) I called the gym and was informed that they do NOT have any female trainers. And that Trainer 4 is no longer with the company either. I feel like I have been lied to and repeatedly put off. The way the trainers have corresponded with me has been extremely unprofessional. I haven't even been able to establish a routine since I haven't had one single trainer for more than a few weeks. I am requesting a portion of my money back. I fail to understand how a company can force me to sign a one year contract when they can't keep professionals at their establishment for more than a few months at a time. The reason for the one-year contract is so you can establish a routine and weekly progress. That is not possible with the way this operation is run.

      I have been trying to cancel my membership to their training program, of which I was a part of for 3 years, since January 2025. I have repeatedly called, emailed, contacted the local gym, contacted through their website and I still have not be able to get the charges dealt with. They are currently charging me $440 dollars which includes late fees. Its about to go up another $220 dollars at the end of April here. Its in their system 3 times now that i have called, talked to someone and told that they cannot cancel my membership. This is total garbage and I really just want this dealt with. I will not pay the money for services never rendered. I really just want a representative from their cancelling department to call me to cancel my month to month plan.

      Fulfilled my 1 year contract. Paid month to month for several months. Cancelled well before the date required. Can not get any confirmation of my online cancellation, nor is anyone able to be contacted to confirm. They keep attempting this charge daily. Its nothing short of attempted theft

      One year 1 hr/month personal training at 10 Gym/Lighthouse Fitness Management bought in January 2024 Only got 3 sessions before contact with trainer stopped by them. I didnt feel like I was getting much BUT since I signed a contract continued to pay monthly as agreed. Even though only receiving 3 of my 12 sessions. In November of 2024 when I attempt to put in my 30 day notice of cancellation, I go into the gym and find out that Lighthouse Fitness no longer operates out of the gym and hasnt for many months. I ask how to cancel. Receptionists at gym sends an email to another location to cancel. 2 weeks no word. I call and get phone number from 10 gym and talk to something at Lighthouse. They leave message for management. I did this for 3 months. No contact made back to me. I dispute with my bank/stop payments for 3 months of payments. Now I they are saying for $700. Collection calls daily. ****************** will not give me a corporate office phone number to call.

      I am actively trying to cancel my membership. I signed up in October 2024. I was told I could cancel by contacting my trainer. I read my contract, and it states I need to give 30 day notice and send in a cancellation notice via certified mail to their headquarters. I sent a certified letter and paid extra for returned proof of delivery. I contacted my trainer in addition. He provided me a contact form I can email via the website. I completed this and also sent an email. I have reached out via every form of communication I have, but they have not cancelled my membership. They just want to keep billing me monthly. There is no way to end your membership with this company.
