    We had this company to remove trees and they damage our roof. We have reached out on numerous occasions and we have not gotten any answers or resolve. When trying to contact the company they hang up on us even if we call from different phone numbers. We need assistance in getting our roof repair by Cheap and Great Tree Services.

    On 06/16/2024, I paid Cheap and Great Tree Services $1600 to trim 1 tree, remove two trees, and grind one *****. The employee promised that the ***** would be removed, and the ground would be level. They said there would be some chips left. There was a mountain of chips left in place. The company was contacted but refused to take any action regarding the amount of chips left, rudely stating, "We can't control how many chips are left." As my wife cleared the excess debris, we noticed that a significant amount of the tree ***** remained. The business was contacted at *************. They refused to come fix the problem and got nasty via text. The person who responded for the business told my wife "that could griind all they wanted to! **** ""is what he said.

    On 03/22/2025 I, ****** *******, called Great and Cheap Tree Services at ************** to receive a quote for service. They came out promptly and gave us a quote to remove two trees for $3300. My step-father and I agreed to the service cost and paid a $800 non-refundable deposit. The workers stated they were working in the area and would either be back later that day or the next. The arborist arrived at our home without any update on 03/25/2025 at 7:00am in the morning. The workers spent the day removing the trees. During the process the workers exhibited zero care in removing our fence and damaged it. I have attached photos to support this claim. I didn't worry too much about it since the company was licensed and insured (or so they stated). I contacted Great and Cheap Tree Services on 03/26/2025 at approximately 4:20pm. The representative was dismissive, laughed at me but eventually told me to send them photos of the fence. I later received a reply from ************** stating, "Yes no worries will fix it". The next day a ******** **** wearing a orange hooded sweatshirt and jeans parked in front of our house in a Great and Cheap Tree Services vehicle. The male spoke at length with Mr. ******** and instead of the company fixing the fence as they stated they would, the male was requesting $700 for the materials. Mr. ******** paid the representative as requested and the male stated he would be procure the supplies on 03/29/2025 and return to the location on 03/30/2025 to complete the service. Today (04/09/2025) I contacted Great and Cheap Tree Services at the previously mentioned phone number. I spoke with a male who sounded the same as the previous time I had called. I began to explain that the man they had sent out hadn't returned and we paid him $700. While in the middle of trying to civilly explain the problem the male representative of Great and Cheap Tree Services said, "Stop accusing us! I'm gonna hang up on you now!" Nothing further._

    On March 6, 2025, I got a quote of $1300.00 for tree-cutting services. I paid a $300.00 deposit. I was told someone would come out on Saturday, March 8, 2025, or Tuesday, March 11, 2025. No one ever showed up. I called and no one answered. I called using a different number and asked what happened. The person said his name was ***** he asked that I text him a copy of the receipt. When I called back he said he did not receive anything. I texted the receipt twice from different numbers. When I called back from another number he answered, and said he had not received anything and hung up. ***** is the person who came out and marked the trees.
