    I had a date scheduled for tree service. They never called to say they are running behind. I was told they did not like my hostility, there word not mine, and if I call them anymore my number would be blocked. They have a $400 deposit and will not talk to me. This company is very unprofessional

    Absolute scammers! Will not refund my deposit. I explained I cant get a written letter from neighbor for permission and must go to court. He told me I must be high or smoking something. Im retired and on a fixed income and definitely dont need this type of treatment.

    This company does not do the work that one paid for. They were paid to cut branches of a tree that had fallen in my yard and never did the job. After numerous calls, they flatly said they're not doing the work. $200.00 dollars was given as a deposit for the job, but they never showed up. I warn anyone do not used this company, they're a fraud and never leave a deposit with them for work to be done.

    This Company has POOR Communation skills don't care about the customer phone skills are horrible. Not willing to slove a problem that they created.Tried calling multiple times to get this problem resloved to no avail. Sent a crew to my home when no one was home to give instruction on where to put the cut down trees.The first crew no one spoke ENGLISH!!
