    From the estimate to the install, we have nothing but praise for this company. **** measured the 19 windows we needed replaced, provided us with a detailed quote right away with ZERO sales pressure. After getting several estimates we decided to go with Pinnacle even though their price was not the lowest. Working with ***** to schedule our install date was easy and pleasant. On the day of the install, ***** and ****** showed up right on time and worked efficiently both days and provided us with the most professional service and flawless install. Our windows look AMAZING, inside and out. Their attention to detail and care for our home is something all contractors should strive for. They protected our floors and belongings and cleaned as they worked. I think my floor was cleaner after they left than before they arrived! Highly recommend this team of professionals. Truly top notch!

    Pinnacle is absolutely superior in the windows game. I called to complete updating my home windows, as a previous customer I felt the appreciation as such. Last year I started researching replacing window after much googling I set an appointment with Pinnacle just to get an quote, I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and presentation I committed that day to replacing all the window on the main floor. Here I am less than a year later completing the remainder of my windows. I want to personal thank ****** and **** for their superb customer service skills! ********************** truly have a great product and team representing them. If you need windows Pinnacle should be your only choice for quality and attractive Windows!!! 10 Stars????????????????????

    I had about 22 windows installed by Pinnacle Window & Siding yesterday. The windows are manufactured by Okna and they are beautiful and of high quality. The installation team (*****/Team) was top notch and every representative (****/Sales and *****/Office) from Pinnacle was highly professional. We had several other companies bid for the job, and we felt that Pinnacle offered the best product, service, and quality at the best price. We are very pleased with our new windows and with the way they were installed. I highly recommend them. ***** M

    We recently had all the windows (nearly 30 of them!) and a door replaced at our home, and Pinnacle was excellent from start to finish. The communication, level of service, and finished product are all great -- and we love our new windows! It has made a world of different already. During the install itself, ***** and ****** were professional and extremely courteous -- going out of their way to avoid as many disruptions as possible. The care they took replacing all the rotted wood was above and beyond. We can't recommend them enough!

    I would highly recommend Pinnacle Window & Siding! The two gentlemen that installed both my front door and sliding glass door were professional, organized, they were respectful of my property and did not stop until everything was perfect! I love my new doors and windows and will definitely use this company in the future!
