5 starsWe are very happy we used Pinnacle Window & Siding. We had new windows throughout our whole house installed as well as a new back door. The whole process from quote to installation was seamless. They are very good communicators. ***** and his crew did a great job on the installation. They were very efficient and meticulous. 5 starsHiring Pinnacle Windows and Doors of Woodstock was like striking gold! Very rarely do you find a company that is this organized and takes this much pride in what they do. They are truly exceptional! They provide quality products, superior workmanship, and unmatched service from beginning to end. We did our due diligence and met with several companies before choosing Pinnacle.*************************, our sales rep, was professional, knowledgeable, provided a very comprehensive presentation regarding the various options and prices, and was more interested in helping us choose the best product for our needs instead of focusing on high pressure sales tactics. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! *****, ******, and ***** were among the most courteous, cheerful, friendly, hard-working, meticulous, and professional craftsmen that we have had at our home. They were conscientious and treated the job as though they were doing the installation at their homes with relatives looking on. This dedicated crew spent the two, blistering hot days with without any complaints or idleness. *****, ******, and ***** went about their work with drill team precision and orchestration. They took extra care in covering the work areas inside the house, the clean up during and after the job, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the removal and installation of twenty-six windows. Weve never seen contractors work with such great quality and pride in their efforts. We highly recommend Pinnacle Windows and Doors. They are a fantastic company to work with and we will certainly be recommending Pinnacle Windows and Doors to friends, family, and co-workers for their window and door needs. 5 starsSo very happy with Pinnacle Window & Siding. We had our front and back doors replaced. From the first visit for an estimate to the installation crew, everyone was professional and friendly. Prices were wonderful ... products were outstanding ... installation was impressive. ***** and his crew had to 'fix' some out of plumb and poor workmanship by the homebuilder. Without hesitation, they handled the builder's blunders, and we were left with a beautiful entrance. We could not be happier with our experience with this company. Paying for windows is painful- but the whole process was far from it. **** did the quote- he was very personable, no pressure and was responsive to questions. ***** and his crew did the install and they were awesome. They were on time, very professional and when they left, you could not tell any work was done to the house. They did an impeccable job- they clearly know what they are doing, and they worked very well together. The windows look FANTASTIC and we are so glad we chose this company as we have more windows to do. You will not be disappointed in selecting Pinnacle Windows to do the job.

5 starsI had a whole house (24 windows/sliding door) replacement. The beginning sales meeting with ************************* was no-pressure and very informative. The quality of the products and competitive prices are fantastic, and the quality and care of installation was EXCEPTIONAL. ***** and the crew carefully removed, replaced and reclad ALL surrounding rotted trim and *****. Great Company - Great Product
We had all new windows and external doors installed by Steve and crew of Pinnacle Windows and Siding of Woodstock. The team was meticulous, making sure everything was done just right. The team was more craftsmen than installers. We were very impressed by the high quality of both the product and the team doing the installation. The initial selection of windows and doors was guided by Dennis who knows the product inside and out. All in all, a really top notch experience! Highly recommend this company. Quality product that started with the sales team. I was most impressed with ***** and his crew installing our windows. First time in a long time I've had a contractor do what they say - they showed up on time every day, finished on schedule, and were great house guests while here. 5 starsWe're replacing our windows in two phases due to the many windows in our home. ***** and Team just completed replacing all of the windows in the back of our home, and they did an AMAZING job! ***** and his team were very professional and courteous! They cleaned along the way and left our home in the exact condition it was in when they arrived. The team had an efficient process and was about to replace the windows and a door timely. We hope to have the same team return when we're ready to start the 2nd phase.
