      *BUYER BEWARE* Disappointing Experience with Ashley/Red Knot Furniture **************** I made a purchase from Ashley/Red Knot Furniture in ****, opting to pay an additional $299 for rush delivery to ensure it would be promptly delivered within 2-3 days.Everything seemed to be in order, with a confirmation received the night before, setting my expectations for a seamless delivery experience.Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse on the scheduled delivery day. Despite multiple people being at home eagerly awaiting and excited for the arrival of the couch, I missed the phone call from the delivery company. They called again within a span of 7 minutes. I returned the call, only to be told that they had attempted delivery but no one was home, and they were already en route back to town.There were multiple individuals present at the delivery address the entire day of the expected delivery date. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation and reschedule the delivery, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $299 fee for another delivery attempt. To add insult to injury, the delivery company asserted that their "service had been fulfilled," conveniently sidestepping the fact that the promised couch had not been delivered.This entire ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did I pay a hefty fee for rush delivery, but I also wasted valuable time and energy only to be left empty-handed and out of pocket. The lack of accountability and willingness to resolve the issue from both Ashley/Red Knot and the delivery company is deeply disappointing.My experience with Ashley/Red Knot Furniture's delivery service has been one of the worst I've encountered. It's disheartening to feel like a valued customer one moment, only to be treated with indifference and subjected to exorbitant fees for their mistakes. Needless to say, I am thoroughly dissatisfied and caution others to reconsider before entrusting them with their furniture needs.

      The delivery companies theyre using are much to be desired. Most of these guys look like they just got out of jail and act like it. Every single time Ive ordered furniture, its broken or missing pieces!! I used to order all the time when they used that *********** but the last couple years its been horrible.
