General Return Policies: 

Returns:

Products are accepted for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Online orders may not be returned in-store. Visit Go.MauiDivers.com/policies to initiate online returns. Purchases at NEX may only be returned or exchanged at the original store. 

Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. 

General Exceptions:

Orders with discounts, clearance items, gift cards, special orders, or alterations may not be returned or exchanged. Kama‘aina and Military discounts are exempt. 

Ala Moana Center provides promotional gifts from time to time with proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges will be invalid if promotional gifts are redeemed using a qualifying receipt.
