    I bought the heritage collection coral bracelet on Nov 26, 2022. I loved this design and had my eye in it for quite sometime. I originally was going to purchase it in January of 2022 at the Waikoloa location, but was told by the store manager that I would not be able to get my kamaaina discount because I wanted it in white gold. This bracelet only came in yellow gold and any custom orders didn't qualify for the discount. But when I was on Oahu for Thanksgiving weekend, I stopped in at the Ala Moana location and was able to order the bracelet in white gold with my discount. Amanda was wonderful. I even had an issue with a separate thing and Eileen, the Director of Sales, was able to resolve it for me. However, shortly after receiving my bracelet in the mail, I noticed the coral branches were quite sharp. They would snag on everything. But even worst than that, it would scratch up my wrist and it even scratched my baby. So, now this bracelet that I intended to wear everyday, can no longer be worn without hurting me or my baby. I called customer service and asked if it was possible to exchange it. I know that custom orders are not allowed to be returned, but I asked if I could exchange it for a product that wouldn't hurt me or the baby. The customer service representative said they would send me a return label and give me credit. I waited for this and it never happened. Fast forward 2 months, I went back to Oahu to exchange it in person, and now the new CEO won't allow me to exchange it because it's custom order and something I already saw. So, unless I want to pay to adjust the item, I'm stuck with a $1100 bracelet that I can't wear. Maui Divers's CEO doesn't care about customer satisfaction nor the kamaaina customers. I guess I will have to take all my future business somewhere else.
