      ******! BAIT&SWITCH SCAMMERS! Our 1st evening of our vacation at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki, a beautiful foreign lady stands outside of the Truffoire store offering us a chocolate. She then grabs my husband by the arm pulling him into the store, I followed wondering what was going on. We didnt realize it was a skin product store. Short story long a foreigner ***** starts putting eye cream on us, followed up with a small fan to help speed up drying the product. We were pleased with the results. Then the extremely hard sell tactics begin to make us purchase these products. Opens up the website to show us product costs $1,250. With a lot of back and forth we paid $470. ***** talked us into coming back the next day for a complimentary Red ************* treatment. We were intrigued after he showed us before/after photos. ******** would be there the next day to give us the treatment. After the *** session we were pleased with the results but NOT $12k pleased. Before we could comprehend what was happening, he talked me into putting $5k on my credit card and financing the rest through a lender. Thank goodness I was declined by the lender. In the email the lender sent, said it was because of "potential fraud activity"? It wasnt against me I have a great credit rating. Called ******** to let him know I was declined. He couldn't talk, as he was with another customer. He called & left me a voice message(by then I wasn't answering any of his calls). He wanted me to click on a different link he emailed by another lender and it should go through. I'm thinking SCAM!! He kept trying to call me, I would not answer. After feeling like I almost got conned out of $12k, I texted ******** the next morning to tell him I was canceling&disputing the chg on cc. My Credit card contacted him 3 days after he tried to scam me. ******** texted me to come to the store and he would issue refund. I found a lawsuit online against all the Truffoire stores in ******. The trial is in July.

      Beware-Beware!!Dont be lured in by the sales representatives outside the Truffoire store at Hawaiin Hilton Village and go in the store. they say they are promoters not sales reps but they ARE sales reps. . I dont get lured in to stores but I felt sorry for the guy and went in and that just led me down a terrible path where I was taken advantage of to the tube if $5000 because if my age. They are really savvy/smooth at pulling the wool over your eyes and getting you to like them and buy their expensive products with all their discounts and giveaways. BEWARE they do not do refunds as you would think a high end store would do as their excuse is they are a 3rd party store which is what I learned upon trying to cancel my order ****************************************************************************************** fir two weeks since I would not get bk home till then. ******, Mgr, was very convincing but it was all a very smooth conman sales strategy that I fell for against my better judgement. I felt overwhelmed and capitulated thinking I could cancel my order as soon as left the store. Upon getting to my room ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* they cant cancel my order and can only offer me another discount which is just ridiculous since it wasnt even an hour old when I called to cancel. So much for high end customer service. Upon looking online I see that there has been a lot of other people whove had this experience. This store has been around for a while so I cant imagine how many other people have been swindled. They should tell/ caution the customer at check out what the balance is and state that there is no refund so the customer understands exactly what they are undertaking!!! This would save a lot of grief and misunderstanding espec in a world where were used canceling orders when done early with NO penalties!

      Horrible customer service. ****, insulting, racially profiled. Unsatisfactory how things was handled. Even tried to kicked us and we are 73 years old.
