      Beyond extremely disappointed in this company. Tried to come to a resolution with them and ended poorly. I had made the massive mistake of booking a stay with them through VRBO and my stay was infested with termites and cockroaches. Tried to contact them about the cockroaches via email during our stay and we did not get contacted back. Last 4 days into the trip we noticed lots of what turns out to be termite larva and termites with wings all over the place. Made it extremely dreadful to stay there. After shaking off all the termite larva off my clothes and cleaning for an hour. My gf and I would only return to sleep and was out as early as the sun was up. As soon as I returned back home and contacted them to come to a resolution and was given the run around on a refund and treated extremely rude by both ***** and *******. ***** actually hung up on us. Additionally, ******* said that she hopes we would never book with them again. We were able to get into contact with *********************** the property manager. Seemed to be actually nice at first, heard us out about the problem and said he would review everything and get back into contact with us, I told him if I had not heard from them, I would contact them. Since then, my gf and I spent $1400 with them and got returned $116 which didnt even cover the $160 cleaning fee. Contacted them to try and make it right by increasing the refund amount but got blocked by ***** after calling a handful of times. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through such a poor/traumatic experience with this company.
