5 starsEveryone at Lex Brodie's in 'Aiea worked together to work efficiently. On April 30, 2025, I went in to get my tires rotated, a free service, since I bought my tires there. The promised me my car by 12 noon. I let the lot 20 minutes before that. JE checked me out, but the other girls at the desk were all helpful.

*** ****** REVIEW for Assistant Manager, ***** ********* On January 28, 2025, we decided to go to *** ****** on ************ to get information about purchasing tires and wheel alignment for our 2017 Nissan Rogue. We have been researching for approximately two months at different places to purchase tires and wheel alignment. This being our first time to *** ******, we were hesitant and unsure of what to expect. We parked on a nearby street and walked to ******************* where we were greeted and assisted by Assistant Manager, ***** *********. ***** was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and had excellent communication skills. ***** had extensive knowledge of *** ******** products and services. He actively listened and assisted us with getting a price match online that we obtained from ******. He anticipated our needs, assisted us in making an appointment, took the time to explain the check-in procedures, and answered all our questions. A HUGE Mahalo Nui Loa to ***** for exemplary service. We had our appointment today, January 29, 2025, and we were pleased by the customer ********************** by the other employees and the timely service to our vehicle.

This review is in regards to Invoice: *******. I was customer#: ******* and my salesperson/mechanic was *******. *****. I am extremely satisfied with the services rendered by ****************** and his crew. ******* was the first person I met when dropping my Xterra off with him one early morning this July 2024. He was very attentive to me as the customer so exemplified great customer ********************** skills immediately. As an employee of ******************* and an expert on tires, he kept me informed throughout the whole process; calling me and emailing (with pictures) how damaged by front and rear brakes were. I had just bought my Xterra used and was saddened that the maintenance was not kept up on my poor and vibrant ******* I needed to bring it back to life and thanks to ******* and the ******************* crew- they did a spectacular job providing what my Xterra needed. The whole ******************* event was very tended to in an extremely professional manner! The work is very satisfying and these guys, especially *******, went above and beyond. I must mention that I was extremely disappointed with a prior mechanical event with a company who i felt overcharged me and couldn't explain a $150.00 charge but explained it as, "that is a charge that includes taxes and the rags we used on your vehicle. M***s should be ashamed of themselves! Because of ******* you can sure bet we all know where I'm taking my Xterra to for all car maintenance and care. I have found my forever tire/car maintenance mechanics family on this island and I am grateful- thank you ******************* for being on top of your game and thank you ******* from the bottom of my heart for providing the best experience I had. I actually was thrilled paying for my services (the ladies up front are very personable and expert at providing customer satisfaction and care) and asked how I could make certain that these team of folks at Lex Brodies SHINE!Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company

Our car was taken in for servicing and oil change on 01/04/2024. The Salesperson was MKO, Invoice #*******. She was very friendly and efficient! All employees were friendly. They acknowledged us with a smile and inquired if we were okay and if someone was already helping **. This was our second visit to *************************** and we have already mentioned to our friends and family how impressed we are with the service and care. Had a great experience at Lex Brodies Queen *** My 3 year old battery struggled to start my car after work today so I gave them a call. Service guy said they close at 6 so they might not have time to see me, but to come if I like chance em. I said I would. Arrived after 4:30 and was greeted warmly. This agent spent some time scrolling and typing so I thought maybe they didnt have my battery in stock. Ultimately he says the batterys going to be covered under warranty. Apparently a mistake had been made when I purchased the battery and I shouldnt have been charged then. So he honored that previous warranty today! So honest, yeah? And I wouldnt have known any better, but this agent felt the need to make it right. And they were able to give me a new battery at the end of their work day, which made my life so much less complicated. Mahalos plenty, Lex Brodies! There was a mix up with a phone call the day before with ****. ****** checked my car in the next morning and fit me into the schedule. She was honest about the situation and about the length of time that it would take. ******* called me throughout the day with updates. I got my brakes, oil and alignment done. I appreciate the mechanic for taking care of my car and to the staff that were very professional and polite. In my situation, I couldve complained but whats the sense. You should always prepare yourself for a long wait time whenever and wherever you get your car serviced. They all did their job and treating me nicely.Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company

******************************************* location never disappoints. I had a s**** in my tire that caused my tire to go flat. Walked in to have it repaired and they were very busy but because we've patronized this location before we are familiar with their professionalism and excellent service in getting the work done and done right!
