****** was my service advisor, he was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I was told I needed services at the dealer that I didnt need. I found LB to be an honest place which is really refreshing. *** helped me when I picked up the car. A lot of Aloha here!

****************** greeted and checked me in when I arrived. I was upset due to really bad service and damage to the body of my car after just having it picked up from a Terrible dealer service center.. ****** was patient with me, he listened and asked questions to understand and get a clear understanding of the issues I was having with the car. He reviewed the process and assured me they would do their assessment and get back to me very soon. Some may think thats wha they are supposed to do , and yes, thats true However, ITS REALLY HARD TO FIND GOOD CUSTOMER ********************** NOW A DAYS.. So I want to assure the public that this Lex Brodies facility, provides great service and I highly recommend. Thank you very much!Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company

Took our 08 ***** Accord to the *********** location to fix TPMS light and replace struts. Office team was very knowledgeable about the repair work and parts needed. Thank you to **** and the guys at *********************** *******. I took my car in because my battery was dying. I was trying to drive to town to take my aunty home and was worried about it dying while I was driving :( They checked it out and replaced the battery in under half an hour. The "tire pressure low" light went on, so I took my car to *********************************************. Immediately, ****** told me to drive forward. She showed me that a nail was in the right back tire. Unfortunately, the tire had to be replaced. Then in less than 3 hours, the tire was delivered from *******, tire replace and my car was ready for pick-up. The technician also turned off the caution light.The best part was that I only had to pay for installation because I had just bought the tires from ***********************. Wow.****** was professional and efficient. Unfortunately, she has since moved to the Pearl **** branch.Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company
