      SCAM!!!!Im writing to address an issue that occurred on 12/30/2025 at *******************************************************. I visited the store to purchase an iPhone charger. After being informed by the cashier that sister location across the street had the product, i purchased a water and followed her instructions to make the purchase at sister store.When I returned, I discovered my vehicle had been towed by VIP towing resulting in a $200 fee to retrieve it. My purse was also in the car at the time. I believe this was unjust, as I was acting on the stores guidance and had no intention of abandoning my vehicle. ******** states that it is vip responsibility to reimburse me and vip stated that ******** is at faultthe time stamp from purchase to car was 7minutes, the sticker on the window of ******** says they tow after 15minutes.I WANT MY $200 BACK ASAP!

      Honestly, this towing company is the most hated on island, not just because they tow your car in the most discreet wat as possible and is not something people like much, but to at least act professional about it and be polite since getting towed is already a pain and is a whole day loss because of it plus the payment to get the car back the least staff can do is be supportive instead of a bunch of a-holes and making someone pay even more money than what the fee is, I was towed 3 days ago and they made me pick up the car 40 min away from where the original towed place was, then they did not accept card only cash and they had an ATM with fees next to the window, no one ever has $300 cash carrying around anymore, then the way they parked my van the emergency break was cracked since they will move it using the back wheels at all times once parked to get Cars around the small parking lot they have, I am in the process of getting that taken care of and maybe going through small claims, if you visit this place it looks shady with the tire/mechanic shop next door just getting parts off cars all the time that they need. Please get someone to inspect this place I'm 100% sure something is not up to code and it is been horribly reviewed on ****** Maps, be careful with this organized crime of a company.       VIP Towing Do not conduct business with VIP Towing They are a local scam towing company.. Today 11/4/24, my wife parked in a parking lot and walked into a business in ******.. The worker told her she cannot park there.. She walked back to her car to move it.. Not even within 5 minutes, a tow truck by VIP yanked her car and took off.. When we went to go pick up her car.. The person wrote she traveled 24 miles.. I have an airtag in our car with screenshots of the route the tow driver took which was via ************** is 16 miles If you map out the route, it would take 24 miles via H-3 Freeway which is not the route the tow truck driver took.. Once again I have screenshots of the route our vehicle went.. Do not do business with them.. They scam ppl!! While picking up our vehicle, a tourist couple was also picking up theirs.. They said they was only in a store no longer than 3 minutes.. When they came out, their car was GONE!!! VIP Towing was staking out parking lots to yank cars!! Stay away from this company!!

      SHUT DOWN THIS BUSINESS PLEASE! Absolutely atrocious behavior and treatment of customers and vehicles. I personally witnessed them seriously damaging someones vehicle by improperly taking it off the tow truck. Consistently moving the tow truck up and down with the steel bed of the tow truck striking the underside of the vehicle. The underside of the car was damaged and the workers couldn't care less. I saw them using a mallet to the underside of the car to wedge a block underneath the tire and missing several times and striking the vehicle. Additionally, the fat lady in the office is miserable, rude, and disgusting. Zero aloha. ?Aka?aka. Treats people horribly, is condescending, and deserves to be called a lot worse than what I've already mentioned. Who do I have to call to get this place shut down or inspected? The city of ******** needs to use towing services that embody aloha or at least respect people. Ridiculous that businesses like this are hired by Honolulu when they treat citizens terribly, damage vehicles, and are allowed to charge ridiculous prices by the county. NOT PONO. They actively make ******** a worse place to live.

      Terrible and rude company! I wanted to donate my vehicle to Cars for Veterans who contracts VIP to pick up the cars. I scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation text with the date and time of pick up. I stayed home from work and waited for them to come. They never showed up. I called to see if they were still coming and was spoken to so rudely by the man who answered. He said they never sent me a text and called me confused even though I have the confirmation text. He then proceeded to tell me "too bad" and hung up the phone on me. I called back and he said don't call him anymore. I will be contacting Cars for Veterans to rescind my offer to donate my vehicle so I do not have to communicate with this towing company. I wanted to do a good thing but was treated terribly! I will be reporting them to Cars for Veterans so they are aware of how this company is treating people who are trying to support their organization. VIP's bad attitude and horrible customer service will cause veterans in need of help to lose donations because they are being treated so disrespectfully. I do not know the name of the man I spoke to because he refused to give it to me. He is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to in my life and should be fired.Update: After speaking with Cars for Veterans, I was told the man from VIP's name is ****. Apparently he is the owner. No organization, charity or business should hire this towing company! The owner is clearly unstable and not fit to provide competent and honest services.

      This should allow for 0 stars - VIP Towing ILLEGALLY towed our daughters car from a business parking spot and then tried to claim she was not inside the business despite multiple witness including the store manager confirming that she was.They then stated that it was our word against theirs and that wed need to come to them and pay the fee CASH (which is also illegal) in order to get the car back.To make matters even worse while there, one of their employees had alarmingly lewd behavior towards her as she walked to get her car and leave.This company needs to lose their business license and be STOPPED immediately.

      I would give 0 if I could.*********************** seems to be the owner. And yes, **** doesn't care about the company. They towed my car with me present at the scene. I told the driver to unhook since I was there in front of them but got rejected threatening attitude(which is completely illegal). I had to intervene, getting into my car to assert my rights. I called 911 while in the car, and with a lawyer. I was advised that VIP might be engaged in potentially criminal behavior akin to kidnapping. Long story short, HPD showed and I have my car back w/o paying. However, there were no apologies or compensation for the time wasted, the unnecessary trip, and the distressing experience. **** file a complaint to DCCA and a lawsuit against them.

      They unlawfully towed my vehicle and when I provided proof they refused to acknowledge it and literally slammed the window in my face. Contacting an attorney and they will be taken to court.
