      I just left this dealership after purchasing a part for my F150 (2/19/25 11am) and the older local lady working in the parts department was the most unprofessional and rude employee I have ever dealt with on this island. I told her my name and what I was picking up, and then she responded with "a last name would help!!!" Then she called me "sensitive" when I told her how rude she was being, rolled her eyes and threw her hands up. WOW. Not too surprised after my previous experience with **** and this dealership, however. She apologized after the transaction but I cannot fathom how a company can have this many incompetent and poorly trained employees.

      I recently sold a vehicle to this dealership. I have tried contacting the sales person, *****, who managed our transaction, as well as his supervisor, with zero returned calls. It seems as tho I am being ignored regarding the check for the remaining amount we are owed for the vehicle. I have never experienced worse or shadier customer service in my life. I would never recommend anyone to conduct business with this establishment.

      The customer already got his check last week. There was a payoff on the vehicle and the turnaround time for purchased vehicles with a payoff is up to 3-4 weeks and we bought this vehicle from him on 10/23/24.

      ***** to whom ever may read this review. I recently purchased a used 2018 Audi A3 from Valley Isle Motors on February 18th 2024. First and foremost, I understand that a used vehicle will not be pristine (that's a given). However, a few issues have come up with the vehicle that I fully expected Valley Isle to step up and assist me in repairing.1) The day I purchased the vehicle was a bright sunny 82 degree day. Upon the visual inspection of the exterior i noted a few dings here and there and I accepted them. What I did not notice was that the DRL's (Daytime Runner Lights) were not fully illuminated. I only found out about a week later when I saw my vehicles reflection in a store front (at night). I e-mailed **** with Valley Isle of my discovery and after a few days got back to me that the owner ****, stated that He could not help me out. I was very upset as new headlights cost $1700+ for my model.2) Upon visiting a gas station to fill up for the first time, then gas tank door when pressed did not pop-out like is should. I was forced to have to use a key to and as carefully as I could try to pop it open from the small separation space from the car body.3) Just yesterday 3/19/2024, about 30 days to the date of the purchase at 6:30am I pressed my start button and the battery was dead. As you can imagine I was extremely upset and started to think this place just sold me a lemon... A battery should not be dead after purchasing a car a month ago, coincidence or not, that is just not right...Fast forward to today 3/20/24... I emailed **** for an update, as I had asked Valley Isle to pay for my new battery, and **** the owner has refused.DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. BUYER BEWARE!

      I visited the **** dealership 2 weeks ago today and signed paperwork with their finance guy, *****, for the cancellation of the extended warranty on one of my vehicles. I was informed at the time that the process should take 2-4 weeks and that they would call me once my refund check was available. I was informed today, two weeks later, that those papers were not handed into the office to be processed and had been sitting in his office on his file cabinet for the past two weeks, and were only today given to the office to process. He didn't know what the papers were for and couldn't even remember why we were having the extended warranty cancelled. #1 I would expect that any financial documents would be held in a locked file cabinet or drawer, and not left in an open office on top of an exposed filing cabinet. #2 I would expect timely (meaning immediately or by the end of business day) handling of any paperwork. There is no reason why my paperwork should have sat in an office for 2 weeks. That delays the processing of my refund by 2 weeks due to the inefficiency of someone who claims to be a professional. Based on my experiences with the finance department at ****, I do not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle through Valley Isle Motors.

      Avoid this extremely shady dealership at all costs. The ** ******************* and service department are scammers. I took my truck in after **** issued a recall on it. I read the code at home and it came back fitting the recall. Took it to the dealership, they kept it for over ****************************************** it doesnt fit the recall. They then charged me $280. $280 just to read a code for a recall that **** issued. Believe the other reviews and avoid this dealership.

      Don't ever use their service for anything!My truck had been in the shop following theft for over 5 (five!) months. The only damage was replacing wiring harness, cameras, gps module, and the windshield. There was some minor body damage too.Unfortunately due to electronics involved, I was told to get service at the dealership.The dealership completely forgot about my truck for the first 3 weeks, unable to provide even an estimate. They actually admitted to forgetting they had the truck, but did nothing. It then took them 5 more months to get all the parts. The windshield reportedly arrived damaged (twice!), at that point I would imagine they would have gotten the windshield from an auto glass store around the corner, which carries F-150 in stock.Once returned to me, the body damage was still not fixed, despite my repeated reminders about the dent. They've done some questionable repairs, such as replacing almost new battery, replacing the tire. I'm sure there were other items to **** up price.The truck was returned to me disgustingly dirty. Despite charging almost $17,000, they have not even changed oil, or did safety, which expired while the truck was in the shop.During the entire time, the dealership was not responsive, the service department never returned calls, I had to check every time in person. If you have an option, do not deal with dealers, look for independent well reviewed shops.

      We do appreciate feedback from our customers, thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond. It is our goal to have our customers completely satisfied with our work, and our communication. Reviewing your visit does help us improve our processes for the future.
      To clarify, we communicated with your insurance company to amend their original estimate as further or previously unseen damage was found. This was needed multiple times with your vehicle. What appears to any customer as a simple repair can be very challenging. The original delay was due to working your vehicle in without an appointment. 
      Further, the windshield we needed to replace came in damaged from shipping twice. Twice! I agree that this is unacceptable, but weve found this more common than we would like. Each new shipment took nearly a month to get here. (This is a third-party shipping company, not our company). That is not uncommon. The glass store does not stock every windshield, or we would have happily used them for your vehicle.
      The tire we replaced was damaged during the theft, it was not safe to drive on, it was replaced properly.
      The battery, however new, failed our test. We did not replace it without permission, and we had test results showing it was a failed battery. 
      Your insurance company did work with our department and paid the industry standard for all repairs without dispute.
      The vehicle returning dirty, the missed safety check and oil change is also not acceptable, and in discussion this with my team, we missed these items. We do apologize for that.
      Wed be happy to detail your vehicle, perform the safety check and maintenance service at no charge to you.
